Комплекса е много хубав

Cons:

Жалко е ,че не поддържат инфраструктурата около самите хотели и ресторанти.Истинско предизвикателство е да се изкачиш с кола по стръмните пътища след като не са изчистени !!
А техника имат,виждат се паркирани снегорини почти пред всеки комплекс,но не ги работят и това е жалкото!Дори след 30 лева такса за паркинг пак всичко беше в лед!
На това не е проблем на комплекса ,а на цяло Пампорово.Посещаваме го вече няколко пъти защото природата и условията за ски са страхотни,но има нужда някои неща да се подобрят за удобството на туристите!

Апартамента е просторен, изключително чист с всички възможни удобства: оборудвана кухня с индукционни котлони, кана за вода, еспресо машина любезно заредена с високо качествено кафе на зърна от хазаите, фритюрник на въздух, с което пребиваването на наемателите става изключително удобно и лесно! Не мога да не спомена бутилката бяло вино с две чаши, които ни чакаха на масата!!!
Студените сутрини и вечери не са проблем заради топлинните панели разположени в хола, коридора и спалнята. Спалнята е прекрасна с многопластов матрак и съчетан с тишината създава впечатление за безвремие.
Апартамента разполага с два телевизора и многобройни канали, но трябва да отбележа присъствието на всички Диема канали както и Евро спорт! Няма нужда от таблети и приложения, за да гледате любимият отбор или индивидуален състезател!
От балкона се открива прекрасна гледка към Родопа планина, а сутрин пристига оранжев котарак и проси лакомства. Балкона е оборудван с маса и два стола и прекрасна люлка с дюшеци!
Никога не липсва топла вода. Посуда и чаши в изобилие.

Evening was amazing.
Comfortable, cozy, and modern apartment, very well furnished with care and attention to every detail. Quiet, warm, spacious, and bright rooms.
Very caring and helpful host.
Very good location, free parking lot.
We would love to visit again.

Pros:

The flat was really comfortable. We could find whatever we need in the flat. However, there was no staff, no security, even no receptionist. When we arrived the hotel , there were only instruction builders to speak but they know only the local language. There was no one to show us our room or give information. The hotel was in the resrtoration period because of an explosion. there was no one except us. We were scared because of the isolated , unmanned area. The owner of the flat didn't tell anything about this. There was no market to buy something to eat or drink. The flat was good but the building and the area weren't ready for accomodation.
When the building becomes ready, i m sure it will be a good place to stay
