Pros:

Great location, very central downtown. Also great parking. Staff: Kajan (respectful, professional front office staff member), Sanjay (very caring, positive vibes, active and helpful waiter at the restaurant!), and the other working staff. Overall pleasant experience here.

Cons:

Just some suggestions to make the place even better: better coordination in the kitchen (food preparation and order taking). Also the location is great but the rooms would be even better with a few basic updates and fixes. And finally one unsuitable/unnecessary member at this building involving himself in guests’ personal lives should be removed. so guests can be more comfortable and enjoy their whole stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Gnanams Hotel. As it's in the central location
Pros:

There is a Buffet Breakfast and it's delicious. Location is a big plus because you can reach the Private bus station, SLTB bus station and the railway station by walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
