Cons:

Цена завышена. И в туалете даже не было ёршика что бы почистить туалет как следует я офигел в первые такое встречаю. В других странах за эти деньги ты можешь провести время как король но здесь это не про это место. Я разочарован.

Great for a Cost-effective stay
Pros:

The check-in and check-out time must be exact because it is determined by computers. This is a positive situation because there can't be any delays for guests to get to the room on time. Also, room was perfect definition of minimalism. There were everything we need within just 15 square meters. And I found the room was spacious.

Cons:

Check-in time is a little bit late, I think. It would be better if check-in time was on 13:00-13:30 instead of 15:00. We started to sightsee lately due to this condition. For a 1-day stay, there was a limited time for us to see the city.

Konum ve temizlik çok iyiydi. Self check in gayet kolaydı. Oda boyutu ve asansör olması idealdi. Yetkililerden çok hızlı cevap aldık.

Cons:

Her şey güzeldi fakat odalarda kettle olmasını tercih ederdik. Otomattaki sıcak su yeterince sıcak değildi.

No lo recomiendo para estadías de 2 noches en adelante.
Pros:

La ubicación estuvo buena.

Cons:

4 días y 3 noches y nunca hicieron aseo en nuestra habitación mientras nos hospedamos. Cuando llegamos la habitación olía mal, a mucho sudor, creería que su aseo antes de nuestra llegada, si es que existió, fue mínimo. Demasiado estrecha para una familia. Exageradamente básico por el precio tan alto.
