Ci siamo trovati molto bene, durante il soggiorno. Molto preparato anche per chi ha allergie e intolleranze.

Hotel fajny ale tylko dla Włochów - szkoda
Pros:

Prywatna plaża przy samym morzu to było najlepsze i pani sprzątająca Oscana czy tak jakoś przemiła kobieta -pokój zawsze wysprzątany na pico bello . Organizacja też była super - Pan który wszystkiego pilnował miał wszystko w rydzach.jedzenie też było smaczne chociaż brakowało przy śniadaniu rzeczy bezglutenowych i naturalnych. Obsługa hotelowa przemiła oprócz Pana od kawy

Słabe śniadania wszystko z mrożonek a najgorsze jajka sadzone jakie widziałam można powiedzieć gotowane w oleju , mało naturalnych rzeczy do jedzenia. Wszystko w plastiku każde picia piwa .pan który robił kawę chyba nie lubi swojej pracy, arogancki i nie miły . Miejsce tylko dla Włochów bo obcokrajowcy nie zrozumieją nic nawet zabaw ani muzyki bo tylko wszystko w języku włoskim.

Jídlo bylo perfektní, poloha hotelu.

Cons:

Vypadávala klimatizace, každodenní hluk z animačních programů až do půlnoci občas i trochu déle. Jsou tam ale další dvě budovy kde nám kamarádi řekli že byl naprostý klid v noci takže velice záleží do jaké budovy vás dají. V té druhé budově klimatizace šla bez problémů. Je ale fakt že nápravu ohledně klimatizace se snažili brzo vyřešit. Hluk do nočních hodin byl ale hrozný. Takže pokud to někomu vadí dopředu si říct o klidnější část hotelu. Jinak nemáme co vytknout.

Wszystko było super cały pobyt bardzo udany pracownicy bardzo mili jedzenie pyszne mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić rodzinom z dziećmi kelnerzy pierwsza klasa zawsze uśmiechnięci i pomocni Pani sprzątaczka również bardzo miła byliśmy o wcześniejszej godzinie i ku zdziwieniu zaproszono nas na śniadanie z czym sie nigdy wcześniej nie spotkałem w hotelach wieki plus a dzieci mogły od razu wskoczyć do basenu za co bardzo dziękujemy leżaki i parasol przypisane na cały pobyt to tez super sprawa i wygoda można by

Przy plaży, dedykowane leżaki na plazy dla każdego pokoju. Kuchnia wyśmienita, różnorodnie i smacznie.

Wino z dystrybutora które sie pienilo. Wódki przez cały tydzień brak w bardzo. Tłumaczenie ze sie skończyła. Oferta alko jak na all bardzo słaba. Pokoje klaustrofobicznie małe. Łazienka stara, zaniedbana. Materace w łóżkach średnio wygodne.

Ottima cucina e tutto comodo
Pros:

Partiamo dal servizio cucina: noi siamo intolleranti sia al glutine sia al lattosio, e lo Chef Vinci ogni giorno ci ha proposto ottime opzioni sia per i primi sia per i secondi che per i dolci, con grandissima attenzione e competenza. Ad esempio ci ha fatto un fritto misto gluten free e una cheese cake davvero indimenticabili. Disponibilità e professionalità a livelli eccellenti!
Struttura ideale per famiglia e bambini, con tutte le comodità per viversi bene la spiaggia.

Cons:

Nelle camere, la doccia è un po piccola e l'aria condizionata è sopra al letto (il getto d'aria diretto mentre si dorme può non piacere a tutti)

Odlična lokacija hotela. Puno sadržaja za djecu. Dostupan uređaj za vodu kraj lifta. Ljubazno osoblje.

Cons:

Kreveti su bili tvrdi. Starija stolarija na balkonu zbog koje nam je dva puta nakon kiše poplavila soba. Pola balkona zauzima vanjska jedinica klima uređaja pa nema puno prostora za sjedenje. Na TV-u samo talijanski programi. Bilo bi puno bolje kada bi u sobi bio mali hladnjak.

Hotel bol priamo na pláži, rezervované dve lehátka a slnečník počas celého pobytu

Hotel už je trochu starší ma najlepšie časy za sebou.Avsak na druhej strane personál sa snažil aby všetko fungovalo a aby si hostia svoj pobyt užili.

Pros:

​Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen und schönen Aufenthalt, bei dem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nicht zu toppen ist. Absolutes Highlight war das Essen: Es war schlichtweg unübertrefflich und das Beste, was wir je in einem Hotel erlebt haben – selbst im Vergleich zu Ägypten, der Türkei oder Thailand. Das gesamte Personal war durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein riesiges Lob gilt der Zimmerreinigung: Unser Zimmer war blitzblank und die Putzfrau kam uns extrem entgegen, indem sie morgens immer zuerst bei uns putzte, damit unsere kleine Tochter um 11 Uhr schlafen konnte. Auch die Strandanlage mit dem feinen Sandstrand und den angenehmen Wellenbrechern hat uns begeistert. Besonders praktisch fanden wir, dass die Liegen für die ganze Woche fest nach Wunsch reserviert werden und der Pool immer von einem Bademeister beaufsichtigt wird.

Cons:

​Punktabzug gibt es allerdings für die Zimmer und die Allgemeinflächen. Zumindest unser Zimmer war schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, recht eng und mit sehr alten Betten ausgestattet. Zudem waren die Flure, der Eingangsbereich und die Rezeption leider sehr sandig und dreckig; hier wurde zwar täglich, aber leider nur sehr oberflächlich gewischt, was man von so einem schönen Hotel nicht erwartet. Trotz dieser Abstriche im Detail war es ein rundum toller Urlaub, und wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit.

Pros:

Tutto è andato benissimo, pulizia perfetta, il mangiare buonissimo e in abbondanza, spiaggia pulita e vicina al hotel, intrattenimento tutto il giorno per grandi e piccini, personale gentile e a disposizione sempre. Sicuramente torneremo.
