Freundliches Personal - bis auf die Damen an der Rezeption; ansprechendes Frühstück; Zimmergröße, Zimmer mit Balkon; schöne Aussicht

Cons:

Preis - Leistungsverhältnis (Zusatzkosten für Bademantel, Cappuccino beim Frühstück, viel zu enge Tiefgarage); auf dem Zimmer kein Wasserkocher, Minikühlschrank, Flasche Wasser; insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig; Tiefgarage für große Autos unzumutbar eng. Für mich 3 Sterne anstatt 4.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zum Durchschnaufen...
Pros:

Hundefreundlich und bemühtes Personal, welches wirklich unterbesetzt war und somit einfach überfordert. Ideal zum Wandern. Wald gleich hinter dem Haus.

Cons:

Hund durfte nicht mit zum Frühstück. Personal kaum der deutschen Sprache mächtig und total überfordert, weil zu wenig Personal und zuviele Gäste ... Uns hat wirklich das Personal leid getan. Deutsches Personal war Mangelware. Wir Deutschen können nicht mehr dienen, sondern nur noch geniessen und Ansprüche stellen... Schade...

Barkeeper war sehr freundlich. man hat immer etwas zu trinken bekommen. Die Bar ist auch irgendwie schön gemacht. genauso wie der Garten. Die Lage gut und das Personal super freundlich!

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich war irgendwie durcheinander. die Sauna war nicht 60 grad. Das dampfbad könnte irgendwie ein Aroma vertragen. Die Gebühr für den Saunasack ist zu hoch, dafür dass es ein Wellnesshotel ist.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage, das aber noch etwas mehr mit der Zeit gehen sollte.
Pros:

Super schöner Eingangsbereich. Große und saubere Zimmer. Tolle Lage.

Cons:

Extra Zahlung für Bademantel, um den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen. Sollte bei dem Preis im Zimmer enthalten sein.
In der Snackbar wurde mit einer großen Auswahl an Kuchen beworben. Als wir dann da waren, gab es nur einen Kuchen zur Auswahl.
Wir waren oft auswärts essen. Haben aber einen Abend im Restaurant gegessen. Es gab ein Buffet zum selbst bedienen. Unverhältnismäßig teuer. Das Essen war auf Kantinen-Niveau. Etwas enttäuschend.

Zentrales Hotel mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals gefallen. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: das Hotel liegt zentral und von unserem Zimmer im 4. OG hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht über den Kurpark und die Stadt. In den Betten haben wir extrem gut geschlafen!

Cons:

Das Parkhaus ist sehr eng und das gesamte Hotel und die Ausstattung sind „in die Jahre gekommen“.
Alles ein bisschen alt und schmuddelig, aber sauber.
