Meine Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Ich komme wieder :-)
Pros:

Sehr charmantes älteres Hotel. Zimmer funktional, mit neuen Bädern und Betten. Tolle Lage: Bahn, Eishalle ca. 10 Minuten, Theater (Kulturwerkstatt) direkt gegenüber und die Altstadt 5 Minuten entfernt.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal am morgen sehr zuvorkommend.
Ich komme wieder :-)

Cons:

Ich hatte dieses mal etwas Pech mit der Aussicht aber alles im Rahmen.

Pros:

Reibungsloser Verlauf bei Buchung, Bestaetigung, Check-In online, Ankunft, Aufenthalt, Check-Out. Zimmer sehr sauber und mit kleinen, liebevollen Details gestaltet. Einrichtung nicht hochmodern, aber sehr gepflegt. Personal ist nur beim Fruehstueck anwesend, aber trotzdem fuehlt man sich sehr willkommen und bekommt ueber die Hotline jederzeit schnelle Hilfe. Parkmoeglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Naehe des Hotels. Lage sehr gut. Zu Fuss 5 Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum mit Baeckerei, Caffé, Supermarkt usw. und knapp 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof.

Pros:

Petite chambre, mais suffisant pour passer la nuit. L'hôtel est bien situé, accessible à pieds depuis la gare et proche du centre-ville.

Cons:

Le check-in online n'est vraiment pas clair, et je n'ai jamais reçu le bon code pour ouvrir la porte. Il a suffit d'appeler le service de l'hôtel pour régler le souci, mais si les bonnes infos avaient été transmises dès le départ cela aurait été plus pratique :)

Hotel entrance system and check in is not customers friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK, German and Russian receptionist/breakfast cook was excellent !!

Cons:

We had a big problem to enter the main door. There was no pin code provided on reservation and we had to wait for 20 minutes before another guest let us in. We also tried to fill in check in form on both laptop/mobile phone but electonic signature did not work and put us back to the beginning. All telephone Nos. on reservation and hotel website had messages in German... It took us 30minutes to get in and find the room keys. This is the reason why we shall never come back. The system may be IT up-do-date but not customer friendly. Luckily there was no rain or snow.....
