Important information:

Zermatt is car-free. Access for private cars is only possible as far as Täsch (about 3.7 mi from Zermatt). The road between Täsch and Zermatt is closed to private transport. From Täsch, there is a shuttle train service, the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn, every 20 minutes.

Please note that the hotel offers free transfers from and to the train station, the taxi stand or the Zermatt Heliport from 08:00 to 19:00. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival if they wish to make use of this service.

If you are traveling with children, please inform the property in advance of the number of children arriving and their age. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

We had a wonderful stay here and would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent staff, pick up from train station, welcome drink on arrival. Rooms were comfortable with nice view and spa area was great. Close to ski lift!

Lovely property located right next to the Matterhorn express gondola. Clean and spacious room. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Perfect spa for after skiing, including a sauna, swimming pool (outdoor too and heated) and steam room
