Nicht das, was wir gebucht hatten

Die Lage und die Ausstattung

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Studio mit eigenem umzäunten Garten gebucht( Hund) doch als wir ankamen, hatten wir das Gefühl, es gebe dieses Studio gar nicht wie abgebildet. Obwohl wir offensichtlich die einzigen Gäste waren, wirkte unsere Ankunft unvorbereitet. Man bot uns eine wohnung ohne Balkon oder Terrasse an... alternativ hätten wir in ein abgelegenes Häuschen mit muffigem Geruch, zugewuchertem Garten und vergitterten Fenstern und Türen bekommen können. Das Frühstück - ein Tetrapak H Milch, zwei Bananen, 2 Joghurt und und zwei Brioche aus der SB- Theke vom Supermarkt- hing morgens in einer Plastiktüte an der Tür. War ok, aber auch sehr lieblos. Es gibt keine Beleuchtung auf dem Aussengelände, so dass man sich nachts mit Handytaschenlampe zur Tür tasten muss. Es war am Ende ganz ok, jedoch nicht dass, was wir auf booking.com gebucht hatten. Daher leider jeine Empfehlung. Die Anlage an sich hat viel Potenzial und es wird bestimmt mal wunderschön dort..im moment ist alles eher noch ein Provisorium.

Natura - Relax - Silenzio
Pros:

Struttura immersa nel verde a pieno contato con la Natura (e tutto ciò che tale contatto comporta, animali, insetti, gechi etc). A pochi Km dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile e silenziosissima. Insomma consigliato a chi ama la natura e il contatto con le sue meraviglie. Sig. Andrea una persona magnifica che ci ha messo a nostro agio dal primo momento.

Cons:

L'appartamento avrebbe forse bisogno di qualche ritocchino di ristrutturazione ma ha tutto il necessario per un long week end da trascorrere in famiglia o tra amici.

nach einer kleinen Renovierung gerne wieder

Liegt nahe am Naturpark Maremma.

Cons:

Die Kochausstattung ist sehr dürftig; nicht einmal ein Nudelsieb ist vorhanden, kein Schneidbrett, kein Tablett, ...
Insgesamt ist diese Räumlichkeit von der Bausubstanz sehr ansprechend (Ziegelgewölbe), aber die "hausmeisterliche" Betreuung erfolgt sehr lieblos ... einfach abgewohnt!
Schade, viel bräuchte es nicht um die Wohnung wieder erblühen zu lassen.

Unseriöe Vorgehensweise: Unterbringung in Bruchbude und erst nach Beschwerde in tats.gebuchter Wohnu

Wir wollten nach 2 Nächten abreisen, weil es unzumutbar war aber wurden dann in eine ordentliche Unterkunft übersiedelt. Dort war es dann schön. Aber man fühlt sich sehr auf den Arm genommen, wenn man erst 2 Nächte in der Absteige verbringen muss. Das ist einfach UNSERIÖS.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht wie beschrieben aber ok.
Die Lage ist super.
Bei den Wohnungen gibt es 2 Kategorien und wie ich hier lese ging es vielen wie uns. Zuerst wurden wir in einer Bruchbude untergebracht. Eine bodenlose Frechheit. Nicht richtig verschließbare Fenster, kaputte Türen. Schmutzig. Ekliger Duschvorhang, übler Geruch. Einrichtung nicht nur einfach sondern aus dem letzten Jahrtausend. Küchenblock nicht als solcher vorhanden.
Tiere im Haus. GEKKOS, Insekten, cocon von Schaben im Haus an der Decke.

Pros:

Чисто, тихо, смачні свіжі булочки на сніданок, свіжі йогурти. Поряд дуже красиві пляжі, хоча туди можливо лише машиною. Неймовірні заходи сонця в море.

Cons:

Дальність від всіх магазинів, неможливість доставки їжі, загалом житло потребувало б вже те якого ремонту. Відсутність пральної машини.

Appartamento carino ma troppe zanzare

L'appartamento era carino. E il signore molto cordiale, ci ha prestato subito l'olio senza problemi quando glielo abbiamo chiesto avendo dimenticato di comprarlo al supermercato.

Cons:

Le troppe zanzare che c'erano. Ho scelto questo agriturismo perché avevo visto che era nel verde per fare giocare i bambini, ma quando abbiamo provato a camminare un po' sul prato, ogni passo si alzavano almeno 20 zanzare rendendo impossibile stare fuori. E quindi ogni volta che uscivi ed entravi nella casa te ne entravano almeno 5. Per me devono fare una disinfestazione perché sennò tutto quello spazio è inutile se non può essere usato.
