很悠閒的飯店，服務人員親切，訓練有素，環境優美雅緻，泡湯搭Slope Car是特別的體驗，很棒的Hotel.

景觀一絕，但並非物超所值，可能期望過大吧。

酒店位於霧島山腰中，自成一角，環境清幽，每個房間都能看到櫻島火山美景。最特別之處是乘坐幾分鐘單軌䌫車去山腳浸溫泉。晚上有特色表演節目。
另外，員工十分殷勤款待，早晩餐的食物質素一流。

The Onsen, service and hotel condition is good

highly recommended for Kirishima trip

Staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was great. Views of Mt Sakurajima were absolutely beautiful which is partly why I booked. I opted for a room with private onsen as I have tattoos. They offered tattoo covers but I thought they looked a but silly as I ended up looking like a patchwork quilt. We did did go down the hotels cable car to check out the relaxation room and enjoy some ice pops and tea. My only disappointment was being offered dining option times of 5:30 or 7:30pm, we asked for 7:30 as we’d had a really late lunch. But were then told 7:30 was booked. We couldn’t really enjoy dinner as we were still full from lunch. It is enjoyable though having private dining spaces.

Great view & peaceful mind environment. Food was geeat too, staff are friendly, gift shop with local japanese products. Room view is Spectacular. The onsen was locared in lower ground which you need to take the sloper lift .i enjoyed the relaxing room there. Refresh your mind, Hotel can see tge Sakurajima . The 9:15pm night show of local culture was great too.

창밖의 풍경은 환상적입니다. 야외 욕장도 인상적입니다. 식사는 무난한 수준입니다.

Meals (dinner & breakfast) needs improvement, compared to many other onsen ryokans that charge less. Lack of snacks at relaxing lounge or bar.

Typical Hoshino standard, adequate courtesy service, but somewhat lack of warm hospitality.

酒店環境一流，房間能夠完美望見樱島火山，晚上在戶外溫泉能夠望見天上繁星，晚餐及早餐亦精緻美味，整體住宿經驗十分好

空間設計很精緻，在許多細節上看見日本的工藝精神，房間的視野非常好，可以放鬆發呆整整天。很喜歡前往大眾池的電車設計，說穿了就是電梯，但是是可以動態欣賞風景的電梯，讓整個泡湯的經驗多了一個心情轉換的體驗，我在泡湯的時候還看見了鹿成雙成對在我面前覓食，，這真是一個開心的泡湯體驗。
