Activités et équipements divers et variés il y en a pour tous les goûts

Cons:

Comme dans tous les hôtels les gens qui prennent des transats et reviennent 3 ou 4h plus tard

Fijne relax-vakantie en blij dat we voor Royal Level zijn gegaan.
Pros:

Ontbijt was het beste van de maaltijden op deze locatie. Royal level is erg aan te raden. Rust en fijne bedden bij het zwembad en restaurant was netjes.

Cons:

Variatie in lunch en diner had beter gekund, en daarbij ook de service voor drinken tijdens deze maaltijden.
Niet alle faciliteiten zijn inclusief, zoals de sportsbar. Dit was niet duidelijk op voorhand.
Wij hebben zelf maar 1x in het normale restaurant gegeten. Daar was het eten en de hygiene duidelijk minder dan in het royal deel.

Bien pero con carencias básics.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena y también el desayuno. Me gustó las intalaciones acuáticas y las habitaciones.

Cons:

No nos gustó la falta de servicios a partir de ciertas horas. Llegamos al hotel a las 22 h, por retraso de la aerolínea, y no pudimos comer ni siquiera algo decente en ninguno de los restaurantes o bares del hotel. Por otro lado el personal de recepción es MUY escaso con lo que se producen largas colas de huéspedes para cualquier gestión a realizar.
No se entiende que un hotel de esta cadena y categoría no cuente con servicios más completos.

Great hotel, well worth it
Pros:

Beautiful location, really nice rooms, sea view was incredible

Barceló Lanzarote Royal Level hospitality was amazing.
Pros:

The facility was fantastic, their food exceeded my expectation and their staff were so fantastic, starting from the checking point to the room service. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I did not like.

Nice spacious hotel rooms , good management across the resort

Cons:

The security guard that comes in the Bar area is quite unfair- instead of politely asking please not loud talk after 12 am because might affect some of the nearby guests, he comes across loud , almost like having a go like you meant to know ! (Very unfair ) .
Bed sheets have not been changed all week , then had to call to request the room cleaning to be checked as no daily top ups , rubbish bag left in the room next to the bin , wet towels still on the floor(all sorted after the complaint )
A bit of music in the background would be such a help , getting boring, unless the activities team arrived with their music .
Lack or very little entertainment for kids (in general)
