Lovely hotel away from main resort of Costa Teguise
Pros:

Lovely clean slightly off the beaten track

Cons:

Mattress was soft on one side so felt like I was going to fall out but only there for one night do not an issue for myself

The beds where very comfortable + the pool was absolutely amazing as it was acclimatised

A great hotel which more than made up for the unusual bad weather.
Pros:

Service was brill and the staff were very friendly.
Food was excellent and most especially very fresh particularly at the chef cooking station.
Bar staff were also very good

Cons:

Entertainment finished quite early but we could understand that.
A good thirty minute walk to Costa Teguise itself although the coastal walk was lovely made it a bit isolated especially when weather wasn't great

Pros:

The location was decent, but despite some renovations all of the old facilities were very visibly still there underneath. Weird solutions such as a Royal Level that was difficult to access (stairs to nowhere, straight into barriers, to get to pool area), no nice beach, cold rooms, not possible to lock terrace doors, bathrooms that were old and moisty. Awful architecture too

It was rather old and dilapidated.

Excellent stays, looking forward to the next time
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, well laid out with lots of space and brilliant facilities

Cons:

The only thing that could improve the hotel is a sandy beach
