It could be one of the best hotels on the island without the nearby power plant.
- Highly fluctuating water pressure on the seventh floor... :(
- Our room was openable with the next room and there was just a simple wood door between us. (1724-1725) We heard everything and the neighbors heard everything too... :( :( :(
Instalaciones impecables, localización muy buena y habitación muy amplia y cómoda.
Quizá sería interesante mejorar el aislamiento sonoro de las habitaciones con el pasillo central

Llegamos a las 22:00 y los restaurantes del hotel cerrados.No pudimos comer nada de nada.Esto es España por favor.Aculturación total.
El Royal Level no es exclusivo como te indicarán al llegar .Todo lo contrario .Es una parte del hotel al que le han dado una vuelta pero las zonas comunes no son de hotel de 4 estrellas ni mucho menos.
Es un bloque de apartamentos sin estilo y sin calidades.
Las habitaciones no están mal ...pero tienen desperfectos que dan muy mala impresión.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und groß.
Die Poolanlage ist sauber.
Das Getränke und Speisen Angebot im Royal Level Bereich ist sehr gut.
Abendprogramm abwechslungsreich!
Ich finde zwar das 2- Klassen Systeme des Hotel nicht so gut-Empfehle aber Royal Level zu buchen!
(Marken Alkohol, besserer Service, mehr Pools....etc.)
Man sollte wissen dass man relativ weit abseits ist.
Bushaltestelle ist jedoch vor der Tür und in wenigen Minuten ist man bei vielen Restaurants und Bars etc...
Die Frische der Produkte auf dem Buffet sollte besser kontrolliert werden...
Habe schimmelige Cocktail Tomaten am Buffet gefunden(Royal Level Bereich)etc.(Also richtig schimmelig mit Haaren dran nicht nur ein bisschen kaputt)

Good overall resort with seperate royal level swimming pool and restaurant. Accomodation is modern and has everything you need during your stay.
The main restaurant has a better choice of food that just the royal level of restaurant.
Sin duda lo mejor del hotel, todas las opciones que ofrece para hacer deporte.
Todos los días nos ponían botellas de agua y cápsulas para la cafetera.
La comida del buffet variada y con opciones.
Cabe destacar la atención de una chica del buffet Asana llamada Beli, que siempre nos recibía súper bien y incluso tenía detalles con mi bebé.

Me esperaba las instalaciones un poco con mejores acabados, no es un hotel barato tampoco.. sobre todo zonas comunes del edificio de habitaciones, nos quedamos en zona royal y no se notaba mucho.
Estaba un poco deteriorado.
En cuanto al tema piscina había que hacer una carrera a ver quién conseguía hueco.. otros huéspedes desde muy temprano dejan los enseres en las hamacas, y si vas a las 12h ya no se consigue hueco, eso sí.. hamacas vacías pero con enseres colocados para que no se las quiten..
Estaría bien controlarlo un poco para todos poder disfrutar del hotel.
Habitación espectacular y a destacar el desayuno/cena excepcional. El último día por horario desayunamos en el buffet no-Royal Level y se notaba la diferencia de calidad de los productos.
No hay parking en el interior y hay que dejar el coche en la calle. No es difícil aparcar pero por el precio de la habitación se echa en falta.

Mattress was soft on one side so felt like I was going to fall out but only there for one night do not an issue for myself
The beds where very comfortable + the pool was absolutely amazing as it was acclimatised
The cockroach’s roaming around the lobby area and the restaurant 🤭
