Given wrong apartment on arrival from what I booked. Was rectified though and room moved to was lovely but very dusty. Fans and skirting boards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months as were full of dust and black dirt.

Muy agradable y en el centro de todo
Pros:

Tiene una piscina agradable, no muy grande, pero cumple las expectativas. Está cerca de la explanada con una piscina pública enorme, supermercados, tiendas. El Night Market está al lado, muchos restaurantes, excelente ubicación. Es un pequeño departamento con todo lo necesario. Lavadora, secadora, kitchenette completa, plancha, secador de pelo. Reciben a los huéspedes con cosas básicas como té, café, leche, azúcar, endulzante, sal. También había detergente para la ropa, lavalozas y paños de cocina. También nos reservaron el taxi para regresar al aeropuerto y nos guardaron el equipaje después del check-in porque nuestro vuelo era mas tarde.

Me hubiera gustado un aseo más frecuente; solo fueron dos veces en los 13 días que estuvimos, y el internet es muy inestable, incluso en el lobby donde se conecta mejor. Debido a esto, resultó un poco complicado reservar algunos tours. Aun así disfruté mucho mi estancia.

When making the booking I asked to reserve a car park, which was confirmed. On arrival there was no key fob for the garage, as it was after hours ( 2:30 pm ) on a Sunday, I spoke with the after hours staff and was told there was nothing that could be done until 9 am the following day. This was no help as I would be checked out by then. I sent an email on the Sunday and have no response. Very disappointing.

Quietest hotel we've stayed in.
Pros:

Perfect location, extremely clean, we were upgraded to an amazing apartment with patio leading directly to the pool. Thank you.
One of the outstanding features is the quietness. Wonderful.

Smaller property with heated pool and excellent location. Night markets are next door. Short walk to Casino. Lots and lots of food choices within a very short distance.
