Quietest hotel we've stayed in.
Pros:

Perfect location, extremely clean, we were upgraded to an amazing apartment with patio leading directly to the pool. Thank you.
One of the outstanding features is the quietness. Wonderful.

Cons:

Light switches were a little confusing but that was probably just us.

a nice place to relax and use as a base to see and enjoy what Cairns has to offer.
Pros:

Smaller property with heated pool and excellent location. Night markets are next door. Short walk to Casino. Lots and lots of food choices within a very short distance.

Location, location, location
Pros:

Location location location!! Next to the night market and street food, massages and beauty salons, shopping centres and water front. No need for a car really unless you want to adventure further afield. But public transport is a block away. About $30 taxis fare to airport.
Fully self contained with washing machine and dryer, A/C and pool with pool towels and room service once a week. Staff are very helpful with nothing a bother.

Cons:

A little dated this room with water damage to doors but layout and functionality is good. Lounge chair could be a bit wider for comfort.
Netflix access for rainy days we couldn’t access.

Great location, good facilities and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, 2 mins walk to the lagoon pool, 8 mins walk to the Marina. The apartment itself is a bit run down but in a very good condition, everything was working fine. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, good mattress and pillows.

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved.

Would stay again even though we didn’t get the right room

In our room their was no ceiling fan, we also had requested pool front rooms (I had booked 2 rooms and was told they were pool front with showers however one was street view and one pool view

It was very convenient for us as it was central to where we were attending a function.

Cons:

Carparking option was not obvious on your website, hence not booking one and had to find a carpark outside which was somewhat difficult.
