Esperienza Fantastica!
Pros:

Esperienza più che positiva.
La posizione della struttura é ottima, nel pieno centro della città e a pochissimi minuti dalla Stazione ferroviaria e dalla Cabinovia per raggiungere Tianmen Mountain e la famosa porta del Paradiso.
La struttura inoltre si presentava pulita e ordinata con tutti i beni di prima necessità compresi.
Il personale super! Lucien e la sua collaboratrice sono stati persone stupende, ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare sia l’escursuone al Zhangjajie National Park sia alla Tianmen Mountain. Inoltre ci hanno garantito il servizio compreso di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Veramente gentili e professionali.
Tutto è andato perfettamente e consiglio questa struttura a tutti, per la posizione, pulizia e accoglienza del personale.

Good location, comfort and amazing guest
Pros:

Besides the comfort and good location of the hotel, the hospitality was amazing! We appreciated all the advises from the host, as he would always try to recommend what to do depending on the weather and helped us booking tickets! As a plus, he speaks English, which is really helpful!

Cons:

As a possible improval, the room was not really isolated so it was cold. However, there was anAC that heated up the room. There is also heated blankets, which can help as well.

Awesome staff and cozy place
Pros:

My friend the receptionist gave me such good tips and planned my itinerary explaining every night the next day and best English I could find in the whole Zhangjiajie it was nice to talk to him even if it wasn't that much (I was sooo tired trying to do everything). Fully recommend, the area is nice and full of street food and cheap massages haha. The room has its own AC so you have to wait until it warm up the room but they also put an electric blanket very cozy for the cold nights there. And just in front the hotel street you can take the bus for the Zhangjiajie National Park which was 12 yuans and 40, 45 min of distance.

Cons:

Nothing bad maybe something to consider and it's in the description, no elevator. I was in the fifth floor so after all my hikes going up those stairs felt like going up the Tianmen's Cave stairs 😂

Highly Recommended – Great Stay
Pros:

The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the staff upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. They also kindly helped carry our luggage to the room and offered assistance again at checkout. The staff were very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Pros:

La ubicacion del lugar es increible. Pero quiero destacar a la persona que se encarga de este lugar. Llegamos y fue una persona completamente amable, nos ayudo hacer la ruta de los parques, aclaro nuestras dudas y fue una comunicacion increible.
Pero aparte de eso, nosotros perdimos una equipaje en un tren. dos dias despues de haber llegado al hotel nos dimos cuenta. Le dijimos lo que sucedio y comenzo a buscar soluciones inmediata, llamo a muchas personas y logro dar con nuestro equipaje que se encontraba en otra ciudad. Estoy totalmente agradecido con la persona que fue y es. Recomiendo este lugar.
Estoy seguro y espero que la vida te premie amigo por hacer las cosas con tanto amor.
