Pros:

Lucian was the perfect host. He has made our stay in Zhangjiajie a vacation to remember. He helped us purchase our tickets and recommended itineraries that worked really well for us. This hotel is 100% recommended.

Pros:

Los dueños son encantadores , te ayudan con todo y hablan súper bien inglés. La ubicación es inmejorable y las instalaciones tienen una relación calidad/precio brutal. Además tienen un gato precioso y si lo deseas puedes conocer a sus otras dos mascotas 🐶 que son majisimas ❤️

Great hotel on cute street.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. The hosts were very helpful and the street was so pretty. Great place to stay. Very comfortable and quiet at night.

Cons:

Would have like hot coffee. But maybe in China they drink warm coffee. 🤔

Los mejores host
Pros:

Lo mas destacable son sus hosts, los chicos fueron un 10, nos ayudaron a contratar la entrada para el ingreso al Zhangjiajie National Park, el host sabe hablar ingles lo cual es de gran ayuda. Y tuvieron la amabilidad de lavarnos la ropa y secarla en tiempo record, por lo cual estamos super agradecidos. Tienen un lindo gato. Esta cerca del punto de embarque hacia Tianmen Mountain. Ofrecen servicio de lavado de ropa gratis, y secado por 30 yuanes ($4,34 USD)

Cons:

La cama es algo dura, pero los hosts de verdad son demasiado amables.

Parfait ! L'accueil et la prise en charge totale de votre séjour. Femme seule et ne parlant pas anglais. Le personnel a été au petit soin sur tout mon séjour ; leurs explications ainsi que leur tarif pour les visites m'ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable. La gérante a pris en charge pour moi toutes les réservations. Merci !!
La situation de l hotel est idéal ; pas de bruit et pourtant dans le centre avec tous les commodités autour et à proximité du Mont Tianmen et de tous transports pour visiter les parcs.
J'espère revenir dans la région et sans aucun doute je reserverais à nouveau dans cet hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel +++

Hotel sencillo
Pros:

El hotel esta bien ubicado, con una relacion precio calidad muy buena. Pasamos 4 noches. El personal del hotel nos ayudò con la compra de las entradas a los parques y en explicarnos el mejor recorrido, fue excelente. Està bien ubicado cerca de la aerosilla para ir al Monte de Tianmen.

Cons:

Pasamos un poco de frio en las habitaciones, fuimos en el mes de enero, invierno. Otra cuestiòn es que nos alojaron en un cuarto piso al que se accedìa solo por escalera. No hay desayuno, pero en las habitaciones hay herbidor electrico.

Esperienza Fantastica!
Pros:

Esperienza più che positiva.
La posizione della struttura é ottima, nel pieno centro della città e a pochissimi minuti dalla Stazione ferroviaria e dalla Cabinovia per raggiungere Tianmen Mountain e la famosa porta del Paradiso.
La struttura inoltre si presentava pulita e ordinata con tutti i beni di prima necessità compresi.
Il personale super! Lucien e la sua collaboratrice sono stati persone stupende, ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare sia l’escursuone al Zhangjajie National Park sia alla Tianmen Mountain. Inoltre ci hanno garantito il servizio compreso di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Veramente gentili e professionali.
Tutto è andato perfettamente e consiglio questa struttura a tutti, per la posizione, pulizia e accoglienza del personale.
