Pros:

Really good Location right near the cableway station. Service was fantastic, rooms were clean, best value for money hotel I’ve stayed so far.

Good location but the cleanliness could be improved.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable. 5 mins walk from Tianmen mountain cableway entrance. There are lots of cafes and local eateries in the area. The reception is very helpful and kind. He helped me to carry my luggage to level 5 and down when I checked out.

Cons:

I was given a room on level 5 with no elevator. The walls behind the headboard has holes and not completely sealed. I could see dust trapped inside the wall and not sure if there were insects trapped inside. I did see one small spider crawling past my blanket.

The toilet is small and the entire area gets wet when you shower.

A Zhangjiajie come a casa.
Pros:

La struttura e` semplice ma accogliente, in posizione strategica: a pochi minuti dalla cabinovia per Tianmen Mountain ed in una zona ricca di locali dove cenare o bere qualcosa, pur rimanendo tranquilla e sicura a tutte le ore. La nostra camera era un po` piccola ma abbastanza comoda e dotata di tutto quanto puo` essere necessario per un breve ma piacevole soggiorno. L'accoglienza da parte di Lucien, il nostro host, e` stata quella di un vecchio amico, facendoci sentire come a casa. Ci ha aiutato a prenotare i biglietti e ci ha dato tanti consigli per sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo a disposizione.
La struttura non ha ascensore, ma nessun timore con i bagagli in quanto Lucien ed il suo staff vi aiuteranno in qualunque momento. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e vi tornerei volentieri.

Alojamiento muy recomendable cerca del teleferico de tianmen
Pros:

Localizacion y amabilidad del personal ya que nos ayudaron en todo. Tambien nos prepararon el desayuno a nuestra salida siendo antes de la hora establecida.
Habitacion muy comoda y justo lo necesario para visitar todos los lugares cercanos

Hotel with great staff and perfect location.
Pros:

Great staff, the owner/guy at the desk was really helpful in getting all the details about visiting local national parks. He planned out step by step (map with interest points and sequence of their visiting) which attractions should we visit first (having in mind opening and closing hours of Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain). Lightbulb in our room stopped working and they changed it immediately. Location of the hotel is also a big plus as it is located ~150 meters away from cable car to Tianmen Mountain, as well as restaurants and local shops which is very convenient.
