El propietario y su mujer fueron extremadamente amables y se desvivieron por ayudarnos.
Como en muchos otros alojamientos de China no hay ascensor.
Go there! A nice place in a not-too-busy alley with a friendly host whose English is excellent and who made us feel welcome and comfortable. Good rooms, a cosy lobby where you can have a coffee, and free laundry service (you can hang out your clothes to dry, for a small fee there is also a dryer). He arranged for us the tickets to the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park and gave us a useful explanation (on his self-made paper maps you can take with you) of how the park works. We could hardly have asked for more, especially considering the modest room rate. Highly recommended!

Fue todo perfecto, lo único que no tiene ascensor y nos tocó el quinto piso, no fue para nosotros un problema pero a tenerlo en cuenta.
Estaba al lado del teleférico para subir a la montaña Tianmen por lo que su ubicación era perfecta. Pero tengo que destacar también la amabilidad de Lucain, nos ayudó con todas nuestras dudas y nos guardó las maletas hasta la hora que quisimos. Todo perfecto :)
Staff is fantastic - helped us in any way they could with excellent advice they made the trip very smooth. Location is superb, you are in the heart of the action and 2 mins away from the cable.

La atención del personal antes y durante la estancia fue genial. Nos pudimos comunicar por WhatsApp con ellos para todas las dudas que teníamos. Nos aconsejaron y sacaron las entradas para la montaña Tianmen.
Además, está muy bien ubicado, 5-10 minutos andando de las estación donde empiezan todas las excursiones a la montaña Tianmen.

The hotel manager was really very helpful and he knew English very well, which was an advantage as well :)..he helped us plan our 2 days in details..we also kept our luggage for the entire day after check out and they were very cooperative.

La posizione è ottima, il personale molto cordiale e ci ha aiutato molto con l'organizzazione delle gite alle montagne vicine (Tianmen Mountain e Zhangjiajie Forest National Park)
Really nice host and we had a great stay there - breakfast was also very good and its just a few minutes away from the station of the cable car!

Per una nit a la ciutat,està bé.
Hem hagut de pujar 5 pisos per la nostra habitació. Està bé que no hi hagi ascensor, cap problema...però si que quan reserves estaria be saber el pis.

Номер небольшой, но чистый и все необходимое есть.Хозяева молодцы, на нашу просьбу заранее забронировать нам билеты на гору и шоу Огненной Лисицы все нам подготовили в лучшем виде. Желаю успехов и процветания!

Lo staff e i servizi impeccabili, molto gentili, super preparati nel offriti il miglior soggiorno ed esperienza possibile.
Molto preparati nel proporti esperienze con il miglior prezzo ed orario. Avendo la fortuna di avere le telecamere sui due siti principali (porta del paradiso e il national park) sa comunicarti quando andarci e che percorsi fare.
