Buena piscina
Pros:

La ubicación, piscina y jardines, muy bonitos y cómodos. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El sistema de acceso, mucho tiempo de espera. Las habitaciones de hotel no tienen aire acondicionado, el sistema de ventilación es pésimo.

Lindo, pero no para tanto.
Pros:

Es un espacio bastante bien pensado, con una propuesta clara de sustentabilidad y relajación, su emplazamiento está bien pensado y la decoración hace sentir que se puede descansar. Tuvimos problemas con una llave de paso de baño que no se pudo reparar en el momento y nos cambiaron de habitación al instante, también nos quedamos sin batería en la camioneta, la ayuda fue inmediata.

Cons:

Claramente el calor, si bien es un lugar sustentable, la solución al calor en las habitaciones deja mucho que desear por el precio que cobra. Es clara la propuesta de conexión con la naturaleza por ello no se explica por qué ponen un parlante con música tipo ambiental que no aporta nada.
Puntualmente nos tocó llegar tarde una noche (01:00) y demoraron mas de 20 minutos en abrir el portón, un fastidio.

Es muy agradable el ambiente tranquilo, verde (vegetación) y relajado de este hotel.
Es un verdadero oasis en medio del desierto.
El personal es muy amable y cariñoso.
Otorgan un trato personal y afectivo al pasajero. Uno se siente muy acogido.

Cons:

Había mal olor en los baños, algún problema con el sistema de alcantarillado; se pasaba al rato de encender el extractor.
Se echa en falta el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.
Mala aislación acústica entre las habitaciones.

Uncomfortable stay. On closer inspection everything felt poorly maintained. I also developed gastrointestinal issues for three days after eating the vegan hamburger and mayonnaise served there.

Good, nice property, elements of hostel stay.

Property is a little oasis in the desert

Cons:

The rooms were not clear on the listing that they were public bathroom and showers. Wifi only worked at the pool and beside reception. Because of where the rooms were was not able to have a private conversation with family back home.
