The beach is available from June 1st till September 30th.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Terrible!
Pros:

Probably one of the worst hotel experience I have ever had from both booking.com and the hotel. We were assured before we arrived that we had beach and pool access only to arrive and be told we needed to pay an additional £1200 on top of what we had already paid. I emailed and called booking.com to no response and spoke to the hotel multiple times with them just telling us to speak to booking.com. The room was covered in chips and marks, the curtains were ripped and had holes in. The breakfast was at a restaurant not on site, with only one option for breakfast containing both nuts and milk. Avoid!

Pros:

Wij hebben oorspronkelijk één week geboekt, maar vanwege de fijne ervaring direct met nog een week verlengd in totaal dus twee weken verbleven. De locatie is perfect, dicht bij het strand en met toegang tot het zwembad van Social Living Hotel. Het strand is prachtig en de ligbedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. We willen graag de medewerkers bedanken voor hun gastvrijheid, en in het bijzonder de heer Okan en de heer Umut van Social Living. Zij waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dankzij hen hebben wij ons extra welkom gevoeld. Kortom: een aanrader!

Pros:

The only good thing is the location

Cons:

They advertise the pool as part of the facilities but then after you book the room they ask for extra money to use it.
They provide the breakfast at another place in the marina where the staff are very rude and they throw the dishes like they’re making you a favor.

Cons:

It’s very run down and not well maintained. The room feels like a prison and the level of cleanliness was shocking we had to request bed sheet change upon arrival and then went to the local supermarket, got wipes and cleaned the headboard and the surrounding area which was filthy with dust. Truly nightmarish 2 nights!

New, close to the marina

Cons:

Very noisy. No warning that my room would be so noisy. Impossible to sleep. Breakfast only from 9.30am - too late for me. Nice staff, but no facilities. Tv in bedroom did not work, no matter, it would have been impossible to hear over the noise from outside (cars, music, bars, nightclubs). Even with windows closed it was like with windows open.

Charming but Disrupted by Noise

The Yalıkavak Hotel Garden has the charm and character of a true boutique stay. The gym (150m) and breakfast spot (200m) are nearby, and valet parking (€20/day) about 200m away was convenient. The beach club was not yet open (scheduled for July 15, 2025), which was fine.

However, the noise from the adjacent nightclub was unbearable—music played until 3:00 AM nightly. We considered leaving but couldn’t find alternative accommodation as Bodrum was fully booked.

Sadly, we won’t return, at least not during high season.

Pros:

Lovely room, building and garden. Clean, nicely serviced daily, shady outdoor communal seating area. Close to the marina entrance and walking distance to the bus station and restaurants and shops in the older quarter. Breakfast is offside at a cafe and was tasty. Staff pleasant and assisted me when I had some issues.

Cons:

The pool was not available even though we received emails saying it was open and there was no decent beach access. It was also unclear whether fitness centre was available. There is construction going nearby too.
