Safe and comfortable. Friendly Staff.
Pros:

Very safe, practical and comfortable place for starting an exploration of the area.

Spontaneous tuktuk tour organized by staff member Gerard to go to the Kili park gate and coffee place :)

Cons:

The entrance area feels very safe, but a bit like entering a bank vault (i.e. no garden, receptionist located behind iron bars).

The road leading to the property is very rough - if possible choose the western approach via Kibosho Rd, not via Sokoine Ave.

Always feels like coming home!
Pros:

The staff goes above and beyond to take great care! Never a "no" to any request. Proactively solving problems. And remembering my preferences from pepe visits and adjusting accordingly!

Cons:

One small suggestion - the bath towels are looking a bit ragged. Might be time to replace some.

Pros:

We really enjoyed staying there. A view of Kilimanjaro was just like in the picture, dinners were great, staff was friendly. Only the mosquito net was missing but still we for sure would go back.

Pros:

The staff were amazing! Gerard in the restaurant made our stay. He was so kind and helpful and super nice to our 12 year old. Alagaroo, at front desk was super helpful and nice as well. This is a great place to stay before or after safari or hiking.

Delicious food and nice Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very secure as an enclosed compound with 24 hour security and has beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro and there is a lovely roof area.
The staff and Reception are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are nice.
The restaurant takes a bit of time until you get your food, but the wait is worth it.
The food is fresh and delicious and good proportions and the Restaurant staff are so nice and friendly and helpful, especially Freeman
