Owner not allowed to use for home stay or air bnb
Pros:

Facilities were good I.e washing machine but cannot use pool or gym.

Cons:

Cannot use pool or gym and illegal to stay here as management do not allow home stays or air bnb, in fact neighbours can report owners for this. It was a covert stay and felt wrong. Even our driver couldn’t get beyond the main entrance so we had to haul cases 5 minutes to gates. Very odd stay.

Pros:

Lovely decorated clean apartment in a new built flat with beautiful view on the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. There is even a washing machine. The manager Connie is very friendly & helpful, fast & easy communication.
The location is very quiet and peaceful on the top of the hill surrounded by forest, there is a little supermarket in walking distance. For anything else you would need your own vehicle or a short cheap Grab ride into town.

Pros:

Nice , clean & comfortable place .. everything is as advertised.. kind hearted owner he also share some information about Sandakan attractions too.. so appreciate that he did allowed us to send luggage early..

Cons:

Easy check in & check out .. nice decoration .. located at strategic place .. responsive & friendly owner.. worth staying.. value for money..

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The pool was lovely, the beds we comfortable and the place clean. It was a quiet area at the time of our stay.

Cons:

Guests can only use the pool at particular times and only on the weekdays.

Will come back and stay at this homestay again in the future.
Pros:

I like everything about the homestay. The place was so clean, was so calm & peaceful to stay. Got washing machine, everything was provided. Quite place.
