It is a long list. First, I messaged the property twice days before arriving and got zero replies. They apologised at check in, where I also learned it was a Spanish public holiday so most things were closed or running partially. I would have loved to know this in advance had they replied to my messages.
In the room, the WiFi was extremely slow the entire stay, and the large bed sagged in the middle, resulting in terrible sleep. There was a show nearby (not the Shakira one), though I was surprised people were partying in an industrial area. A heavy bass speaker played the same electronic drum loop all night, and I am not sure if it came from a room downstairs in the hotel or elsewhere. Facing a 12 plus hour trip home the next day on no sleep was not fun.
The cleaner was lovely, but nobody told her about my late check out. I believe she thought I forgot the "Do Not Disturb" sign since I was supposed to checkout at 12 and it was 1pm, so she knocked and walked right in thinking the room was empty just as I was getting into the shower. The shower was missing its drain cover and had no hot water, taking 10 minutes of trying to figure out why before it warmed up (despite working the day before) and by that time I had already taken the shower. Also, one toilet flush button was broken so I had to use an object to press the small inner button, and the hairdryer stopped working after a minute, taking 10 minutes to turn back on (I needed it so I tested it several times). Hope this was only an experience, judging from the state of the walls, furnitures etc. seems like the hotel has been around from many years, pretty old stuff so I assume the status of 4 stars was gained while ago (20-30+ years) rather than recently. It feels strange writing this but I wanted to make a short sum up rather than a detailed thing.

Poca luz,las instalaciones dejan que desear necesitan un poco de reforma..sobre todo el mobiliario casi todo roto..y el aire hace mucho ruido..la cama cómoda..no hay luz ni perchas..no es un hotel cómodo..para larga estancia..!! 😁😔

El colchón de la habitación 106 está hundido del centro y los muelles sacados se te clavan en la espalda al tumbarte. El colchón es lo peor y no pude dormir bien

La cama era un poco dura

El peor hotel de 4 estrellas en el que he estado la habitación se notaba que habían hecho un arreglo una pequeña reforma muy chapucera los muebles estaban hechos polvo incluso con rotos y desperfectos la ventana también tenía el cristal roto no había toalla pequeña para la cara o el pelo se nos cayó una cosa al suelo y a ir a recogerla vimos que debajo de la cama estaba sucísimo de mucho tiempo sin limpiar la puerta del baño no habría del todo y chocaba con una columna de bajantes pedimos una habitación con cama de matrimonio nos dijeron que no tenían y diez minutos después hace el check-in mi amiga que iba sola y le dan cama de matrimonio la ducha no tragaba casi se me sale el agua y inundo el baño mientras me duchaba

No me gustó q se escuchaba todo el ruido de fuera, lo q hablaban en el pasillo a altas horas de la madrugada y en la ducha se empoza el agua. De resto todo bien
