Pros:

This hotel was great, with lovely staff and amazing views from the restaurant.
Our room was big and spacious, with a great bathroom.
The hotel is located above the train station, making it very convenient, with many shops and a supermarket nearby. It was also easy to get to from Osaka.
The staff were very polite and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hot onsen was wonderful after a long, cold day of sightseeing.

Best value for the money
Pros:

Modern facilities, clean, location. Room toilet and shower were fairly western and not claustrophobia-causing. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had in Japan (I’m vegetarian, so having more than 1-2 items to eat was a plus.

Cons:

Like most Japanese Hotel rooms, the rooms seemed small.

綺麗で便利なホテル。
Pros:

朝食バイキングの料理の種類が多く、和洋ともに美味しかったです。大浴場の露天風呂からの夜の景色が綺麗でした。

Cons:

部屋のユニットバス内の臭いがこもっていて、アンモニア臭がしました。大浴場の浴槽にあかと髪の毛が浮いていたのと、露天風呂の消毒液臭が気になりました。
