Très bon hôtel pour visiter Wakayama, personnel accueillant, superbe Onsen de dernier étage.
Pros:

Très bon hôtel pour visiter Wakayama. Bien situé et transports à proximité immédiate. Personnel accueillant, sympathique et efficace. Le wifi est performant et sécurisé. La propreté des chambres est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner buffet était bon. Nous avons adoré le Spa / Onsen intérieur et extérieur au dernier étage de l'hôtel ; c'est un réel plus par rapport à d'autres marques, incitant à y séjourner.

Cons:

Rien de majeur.
Notre chambre en angle avait un design agréable mais comme souvent chez Candeo, le rapport surface / prix est perfectible (il est néanmoins vrai que nous étions en haute saison mi avril...). Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon mais perfectible quant à l'originalité et à la diversité des plats japonais proposés.

L’hotel est très beau. Le personnel charmants, Les chambres sont bien décorées, une très belle vue depuis le lobby et la salle du petit déjeuner. Très bien situé pour se déplacer: station de taxi en bas de l’hotel, gare…

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is located above the railway station which is very convenient when arriving by train. It is close to several convenience stores and restaurants and walking distance to Wakayama Castle. The room was comfortable with big windows showing views of the river. The indoor and outdoor pools in the onsen are on the small side but luckily there were not too many other people in there at the time we visited. Check-in and check out were very efficient and they gave us early access to the room on arrival, without asking, which was much appreciated! We would stay here again.

Great hotel in Wakayama city.
Pros:

- Hotel located in the central of Wakayama.
- Breakfast is good but most menu are same for 2 staying days.
- Staffs are very helpful.
- Many shops and restaurant around hotel that is convenient.
- Parking fee is 800 yen after get stamp from hotel.
- Excellent view from the room and check-in area.

Cons:

- A bit difficult and complicate to find the parking lot at the first time, difficult to carry 6-7 big suitcases from parking lot to hotel too.
- Hotel provide spa area, not onsen.
- Check-in is on the 11 floor, it's not convenient for the 1st time.
- Shower cap is not available.
- Room is a bit small but acceptable for city hotel.
