Pros:

レセプションから香るフレグランスがすでに気持ちを高めてくれました。
スタッフの皆様親切な対応で、案内もスムーズでした。
設備には何の不自由もなく、広々としていて快適でした。デリとクラフトのお酒も用意があり気軽に購入して部屋で飲めるところもまたよかったです。
館内着の着心地もよく、ゆっくり休めました。

Cons:

朝食会場のスタッフの対応は残念でした。
満席で忙しいのはわかりますが、カトラリーをガシャガシャと音を立てて片付けたり、案内が無愛想で残念でした。お食事メニューは申し分ありません。

Pros:

清掃も早くスタッフがとても気持ちの良いサービスだった

Cons:

スタッフ用のエレベーターが裏導線に無いのか使いたい時にハウスキーピングの方々が乗っていて使えなかった。
ゲストより先にスタッフが降りたりするのも少し気になってしまった。

Great location and hotel.
Pros:

Great location - walking distance to major attraction and the team that worked there were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Could only use the onsen between midnight and 4am because of tattoos. Would be great if access was at an earlier time.
