The staff was nice, very nice. The cleanliness also. The location was good because i needed to go somewhere closer to the hotel. Everyday the room was cleaned by the clean services. For all of this, all the respect. All the staff was always smiling.

Cons:

The normal rooms, are very very small. Also, after they are cleaning the rooms, they are living the windows or door opened and it's very very cold when you are arriving in the room - it was snowing outside. I paid the difference for an deluxe room, for a bigger one, and i received a room at the topest floor. The problem was with the door to the balcony. No handel, no option to lock the door. You could feel the cold coming in the room from outside, because that door wasnt sealing good.

Дизайн номера приятный.

Cons:

Цена завтрака 1000 лир, если брать не включенный в цену номера
Утюг с гладильной доской по первому запросу принесли совершенно непригодные для глажки (утюг тек, доска с прожженным чехлом), но после жалобы - поменяли на нормальные
Вид на сад - скорее обманка.

Good for price but the cigarette smell is unbearable
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, staff were friendly.

Cons:

The entire hotel reeks of cigarettes. I was given a smoking room on a smoking floor despite not smoking or specifying one. I got a bad headache my first night of staying there because of the smell and requested a room change. The next room was better as there was no smell but the common areas still smell really bad. I will not be staying here again, unfortunately.

Pros:

Выбирали этот отель, чтоб был рядом с Ulker Arena (где был концерт) - пешим ходом 30 минут
На ресепшене говорят на английском
В целом норм - ночевать можно, соотношение цена/качество приемлемое

Cons:

На завтраке еда вроде есть, но особо есть нечего. Попросили пожарить глазунью - за отдельную плату.
Каши нет (как и в других отелях).
Запах курева попадал в номер.
Шумно, потому что рядом шоссе, да и еще наше окно смотрело на генератор, который завелся из-за отключения электричества, громко и воняло дизелем.
Сам номер когдато был хорошим видать, но уже сильно пошарпался, обои отходят, душ льет во все стороны, из душа вода попадает в туалет и в корридор.
Раковина не в туалете или душе, а в самом номере - спорное решение.
Вокруг отеля есть где поесть конечно, но в целом не разбежишься, и дороговато.
Много клиник вокруг, и люди в отеле - в основном это обитатели клиник (по пересадке волос)

Ich komme seit der Eröffnung im Januar 2019 beruflich regelmäßig in dieses Hotel, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Für Geschäftsleute, die im asiatischen Teil Kunden besuchen wollen oder Patienten der umliegenden Kliniken perfekt gelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Lage ist für Touristen weniger geeignet. Auswahl an guten Restaurants begrenzt und mindestens 1-2 km fußläufig entfernt, was mich persönlich nicht stört, für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen aber ein Ausschlußkriterium sein könnte. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eigentlich nicht mehr akzeptabel, ist aber im Augenblick aber eher ein generelles Problem in der Türkei, dass alles viel zu teuer ist.

Good place to stay in Atasehir
Pros:

Super kind staff and wide room, very comfortable. Also the breakfast was great, with a mix of local and european choice. Good place where to stay.

Cons:

Little hard to communicate before getting there but no issues in the end. The hotel can't organize the pick up at the airport, that would be a value added if available.
