良いホテルと思ってたので残念です。
Pros:

チェックインの時間が遅く夕食を諦めてたが、夕食を先にと、チェックイン前に案内してくれて非常に良かった

Cons:

トイレに掃除されてないアイコスの吸殻が残ってて最悪だった
夕食の時のスタッフの対応は最悪だった

Pros:

綺麗て対応も良かったですが、フロントの男性の言葉遣いが悪気は無いのでしょうが、多分待てがっていたから、嫌な感じになったのだと思う。具体的には我々が時間をよく見ていなかったのが悪いのですが、フロントの男性が何処に行くのですか?と聞いてきました。
何方に行かれるのですか?と聞くのがホテルマンでは無いですか？その後続けてお風呂は１２時までですよ!と言いました。我々の間違いを正すのであれば、敬語が必要と習わなかったのでしょうか?それを除けは
良かったです。

Cons:

女湯が使えなかったが、その事をもっと分かりやすくホテルの予約前に分かるようにしておいて欲しかったです。

Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários...Minha filha é cadeirante e nos colocaram num quarto especial pra ela ...O banheiro é show...muito bom...valeu muito ...com certeza nos hospedaríamos de novo ! O café da manhã muito bom...nao conseguimos jantar, chegamos tarde! Arigatou...

Einfache aber sehr interessante und typische Unterkunft.
Pros:

Es hatte zwar den Eindruck einer Kantine, aber das Frühstück und Abendessen war typisch japanisch und sehr lecker. Auch der Onsen war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Warum gibt es in Hotels noch Raucherzimmer. Der Geruch war schon sehr auffällig.
