Not a good hotel at all

Cons:

The first room I was given had a leaking tap in the bathroom. Changed to another room, but the ac remote switch was not compatible with the ac, so changed to a 3rd room. The fan in this room had no independent switch so it could not be turned off. The staff tried to help but were limited by inadequate infrastructure.
The pillows were too thick, towels almost looked like rags, and sheets are too old. This is not a good hotel at all for the price.
When making booking, the room I had chosen promised to have fast internet connection, but I was told at the counter after failing to connect to wifi, that internet connection was only available at the lobby. I felt cheated. I was cheated.
