日頃の生活とは違った優雅な温泉での一時を堪能できました。
Pros:

食事がとても豪華でとても美味しかったです。説明も丁寧でした。あちこちに絵画やお花などが飾られていて癒やされました。部屋の「旅の記録」で多くの皆さんの生のご意見を目にすることができるのは良かったです。

Pros:

It is a really nice and cozy hotel with a good location. It has a beautiful interior with an elegant ikebana decorations. All the stuff was very friendly and helpful, we appreciated how welcoming they were. Our room was quite spacious and clean with many amenities. It had large windows with a beautiful panaromic view of the town. Their futon beds, down quilts and pillows were very comfortable to sleep on, we had a really good night sleep. Their onsen is also very clean and relaxing, especially the golden spring pool is great with a nice view. The silver spring pool is a little small, but we didnt experience any inconvenience. The lobby has a nice sitting area with many delicious complementary drinks and snacks. We really enjoyed our stay and we would like to come back again.

離街區及車站均不遠，只是要上一個非常陡的坡道，若時間掌握得好，可以請飯店至車站接送，不然拖著行李爬，太累了，其餘都很好，房間數不多，溫泉舒服。

A gem of hospitality in a spectacularly beautiful town
Pros:

The well maintained facilities. Clean and through. The breakfast was traditional and very tasty. The staff had an insurmountible amount of courtesy towards their guests. As this was our first time at an onsen - an area with rules of operation - the staff very patiently clarified our questions and made us feel at ease. Getting help in english was not a problem at all since we speak only a few words in Japanese.

The Onsen was clean and had all the hygeine products and facilities to accomodate that. The public onsen room had a great view of the valley and both types of spring water. Overall, all of our travel aches and pains disappeared overnight.

We didn't opt for the dinner at the onsen (one of our regrets), but were provided with a traditional Yukata to explore the town and were guided by the staff on where to find places to eat around the area. (Keep in mind that this town closes all shops by 6pm)

In this amazing location at Arima onsen, Takayamaso Hanano has great views of the valley. Definitely recommended and would definitely stay here again at this facility

1.人員服務貼心、熱情、會盡全力為你服務，讚！
2.晚餐懷石料理，早餐豆腐鍋，用餐區是以每一家人獨立房間享用，私隱高，吃得舒心。懷石料理主菜是和牛，我不吃牛的，跟服務人員說了，料理長也同意幫我把主菜改為魚類，非常感謝！
3.房間整潔、舒適，每一位服務人員都很禮貌。

Cons:

沒有甚麼最不滿。只有小小的反映：浴池較小；位置在山腰（大概爬五分鐘路程），雖然有車可載出載入，但若每次出入都要叫車，有點濫用資源。

Ha sigut perfecte, no fan room service però no ha estat un problema, el wifi a les montanyes no va gairebé, per a treballar no es el lloc però per a desconectar si :)
