第一，最喜歡的是員工的服務態度，熱誠，開心，有禮貌。接待部員工能說流利英文及普通話，証明酒店投放資源，重視海外客人體驗，值得一讚。
第二，酒店附設金湯銀湯浴場，銀湯在露天，金湯在室內。環境清潔。
第三，酒店附近有條小路，可2分鐘內步行直達商店街。商店街有很多特色小店和小吃，值得一試。
最後，一泊二食，晚餐很豐富用心，好好味。感謝招待！

Really relaxing day and night in the middle of my trip.
Pros:

A little tricky to find due to the sharp right turn back on yourself if you walk up the hill from bridge, but it's not that far a walk. You receive amazing service from the minute the staff realise you're a guest, coming out to greet you at the entrance. Everything was great with my one night stay, superb meal and breakfast, lovely big room with a view of the mountains and you won't see staff once you're checked-in unless you need them. This makes it so relaxing everywhere in the hotel. It was snowing when I was leaving, but the hotel gave me a ride up to the ropeway station.

Amazing Stay!
Pros:

The hotel was a very nice and luxurious traditional Japanese Onsen accommodation. Everything in the hotel was of the highest quality. The staff were friendly and helped us at any time.

Cons:

My only critique is that the pillows in the room were not very comfortable. They would be completely at after 30 minutes of use; providing zero neck support.

Pros:

Highly recommended! We reserved for 1 nite including 1dinner and 1 breakfast. The room is big with mountain view. Food is great in Japanese style. Public onsen with 1 outdoor and 1 indoor. Staff is also friendly. Delightful stay!

Pros:

I like the onsen and few minutes walk to main street for sightseeing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Reasonable price wines per glass for me to sit and drink and free coffee only from 7pm onwards.

Cons:

Limited facilities like no common eating restaurant in the hotel. I wish i can buy and drink the wines earlier than 7pm. Onsen also only open for guest to use from 3pm onwards. The dustbins in the room is just too small. Limited sockets in the room to charge our phones. Onsen i feel is too small if there will more than 7 persons.
