Pros:

El desayuno de cortesía no esperado estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

No me habían asignado en la reserva el número de habitación, pero cuando llamé al teléfono de contacto me atendieron rápidamente y en 5 minutos ya estábamos dentro de la habitación.
