Overall a good place, nicely furnished, we'd use it again happily
Pros:

We liked the freshness of the rooms, in that they were new / refurbished, they smelt new. Bed was nice and comfy, air con worked well once we understood how to use it. We liked that the car park was gated at night, it felt secure, and there was plenty of parking because their was a clinic on site that had no customers at night. Good to have a proper dining room, and good to have some breakfast items if you were travelling by train / plane for instance. We weren't expecting breakfast, and given we drove, we brought our own with us and so didn't use the food provided.

Cons:

Room was great overall, but if people were moving about / talking in the corridor (or room next door) you could hear them - would help to be more sound proofed. Kitchen was reasonably equipped but was missing a few items that we wanted. Most important would be an electric kettle, as folks from England like a cup of tea in the morning! We cooked on each of our 3 nights, would have appreciated a sieve to drain rice, a colander to drain pasta - basically a wider range of utensils. Actual location was a bit of an issue as it wasn't easy to get to some places, for example the A6 is right behind the site but there is no access in either direction - so you had to go down into Aravaca and loop round to get to it. We were visiting to go and watch the tennis and booked this place due to being by the A6, which we needed, so for us it was an issue. It also appears taxis know, so at times it was difficult to get a ride share as numerous drivers rejected the order. If you want to eat out there is nothing close by, Aravaca is about 800m walk but we didn't see many options there either.
