Exceptional room but with an underwhelming breakfast
Pros:

The room is huge like legit huge. It was like staying at a studio apartment but with daily cleaning of the room. The bathroom is also huge and the sound Sony sound system is lit when all the speakers and subwoofer work. The washing machine is paired with a dryer function, so it is easily to wash and dry. The wardrobe is huge as well. There's a functional kitchen as well so if you want you can make instant noodles there with some added ingredient since there's also a fridge. The bed and pillow is very comfortable. Gym has all decent equipment despite being small.

Cons:

For such a big-name hotel, the breakfast is limited and underwhelming at some point. The noodle bar is quite nice and you can ask for just wantan soup. The dimsum is just bad. The custard bun's custard isn't flowing and xiaolongbao got no soup?? how's that xiaolongbao??. The shuijiao/ dumpings are just underwhelming. Easily a random Chinese family from HK or Malaysia or Singapore can do it better. Probably the most solid thing in the breakfast is egg tart, polo bun and fried sticks.

Luxury in busy area.
Pros:

Very nice modern hotel with surprisingly large and luxurious rooms with great amenities. Even a washer dryer in the room. I did laundry three times! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good. Many things to choose from. The location is in a busy area with lots of local restaurants in easy walking distance. The street food at the nearby night market was fun.
