Pacific Edge Oceanfront Hotel

The room we booked had an excellent view of the beach and ocean from the large deck. The view from the king bed in the morning was good as well.

We had a premium ocean front room, which was supposed to be amazing, yet ended with a swarm of flies on our balcony which ended up in our room eventually. Then I wanted a mug to have some water, opened the utensil drawer by accident, to find a cockroach crawling on the utensils.

The location of this hotel was phenomenal. It’s right by the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. We requested early check in and ended up getting checked in late. The room was nice in some aspects but older and less kept in other. We would stay here again due to the location.

I thought I was booking an ocean front but got an ocean view. We were steps from the beach so that was nice. Wanted to leave the window open for ocean air but there was no screen. It was very expensive but nice to have a kitchen. Also for the price the sheets could have been softer.

Convenient. The beach and sand are so close. What is included with the price of the room are: beach chairs, umbrella, towels. Restaurants, The Deck, Driftwood are right on the beach. The Cliff, Orange Inn restaurants and all the surrounding shops are walking distance. Ralph supermarket, walking distance. Have fun!

The room was nicer than I expected based on some of the reviews I had read. Great location with easy access to the beach. The only thing we didn’t like was the $45 parking fee.

Our view was amazing. The room was very clean.

Love being right on the beach and the new updates

The views are amazing. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean…180° unobstructed views. Just a few issues: we had to clean the table by the couch as it was covered in what looked like dry jam and there was food on the rug and the couch that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest. The mattress could use a soft topper as it is VERY firm, not something my bod is used to or likes, so my sleep wasn’t great. But all that melted away with the view.

Well situated property with easy walking. Rooms were large and comfortable. Property is very broken up into various buildings and the layout is odd but overall nice. Great hot tub!

Wasn’t the room I thought I booked. Has to wait for several minutes to be shown to a room that was much smaller than my original booking and no kitchenette, which was my major criteria for booking the room. They said they were upgrading us to seafront, which may have well been true, but the room was so much smaller and with so many less amenities it kinda ruined our trip. The seafront was beautiful, close to main beach and on one of the most beautiful beaches in Laguna. Valets and Maid service are top notch, but will likely never book again. I honestly feel we may have been duped.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed at Pacific Edge Hotel to celebrate our anniversary and were ¨WOWED¨ from the moment we checked in! The check in was quick and easy and the front desk rep was friendly and efficient. When we got to our room we had a beautiful ocean view and balcony and we were greeted with rose petals, chocolate dipped strawberries and a bottle of champagne! WOW!! Luz and Porfirio provided excellent service during our stay, THANK YOU for making our stay memorable!

Easy acess to the beach

We got there at night parking cost is $45. There was a giant roch in the room and a long hair on the clean towel. Overall not a good night loud people all night.

Depending on who was working at the front desk the service and attitude was very different. It unfortunately gave me a bad first impression upon arrival.

We had two rooms but one of them the lock was broken and the keys didn’t work. My parents staying in the room could not get their keys updated without me present.

It would have been nice if they had self parking (especially considering it being off season and not as busy)

I like the area but will pick a different place next time.

It was terrible. I booked rooms servers times and never have I once not get the room booked. I realized it after the second night and it was too late. The room I booked was OCEAN VIEW WITH BALCONY! I got partial view and no balcony! I didn’t complain I was too tired needed a get away and it was raining. Hate this place! The worse! I heard everything! I don’t mind the ocean noise but people and scraping of the luggage. Horrible!

Elevator was RUSTED inside, & seeminly non-resposive st times

Awesome location! The rooms were big and had a full kitchen and amenities! Can’t wait to go back!

When you pull up to the property you second guess your choice for booking this pretty pricey place because the curb appeal is the same as a rundown motel six.

If you read the reviews this is not a place to book a regular room. There’s really no view in the cheaper rooms. We booked the Premier Oceanfront room with balcony.
