Lovely place to stay shame about the bathroom
Pros:

Gorgeous location, setting and very comfy. Staff were delightful and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was really grubby and loads of mould around the sink plug. Pretty gross.

Cons:

The room, albeit very comfortable, is tired. Thebathroom mirror has a vertcal style crack near the centre, the left hand basin is also cracked and the wooden doors and shelves are exhibitng nemerous paint chips from long term fair wear and tear.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Arrived early but no problem accessing rooms. We'll located and convenient.

It was a shame some of the retail shops in the hotel precinct are not open / occupied and some of the grounds could do with a tidy up in areas.

Great location and bed, unclean and disappointing bathroom.
Pros:

Location was excellent as we were attending an event at Roche Estate

Cons:

We could not use the spa bath in our room as all the fixtures and seals were filthy. Shower had some mouldy spots, spiderwebs from lights to air con and cockroach in the bathroom. Toilet runs constantly and shower leaks into bathroom.
