Our room was upgraded, thank you very much. We had a meal in your restaurant, it was delicious!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and a good restaurant for dinner. The ambience with the fireplace was really cosy and romantic. Excellent location, really close to everything. We would like to come back in the near future.
Our balcony off the room could have been a lot cleaner. The hot chips could have been better.
The main building was lovely, lovely library near bar to sit and enjoy a conversation or a drink. Close to walk to many wineries and harrigans hotel, the smelly cheese shop and Roche estate and hunter valley gardens . Gardens were lovely
The rooms are in need of a facelift, quite outdated. Breakfast on the first day was a disaster, only one friendly young man who was struggling due to what appeared to be a staff shortage. Dinner at the main restaurant wasn’t to our taste, left nearly 2 full plates of food, staff were young and didn’t question if we enjoyed our meal
Breakfast
The room was very basic considering the price of it.
The staff where all fab, super friendly an helpful. Our room was simple, clean and very comfortable. We LOVED the location, and the facilities looked awesome, we plan to come back and stay for longer so tha we can make better use of it all.
Location was great , rooms were clean and comfortable
Great location. Property is well maintained. Has so many faciliities to enjoy (pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, basket ball court etc). A great location. Open fire was lit for guests to enjoy in the evening.
N/A. Enjoyed.
Great place to stay. The staff were exceptional. Especially Isobella. You are made to feel at home. The grounds are stunning and close to everything.
Great location, excellent food.
Hot tub and sauna was nice, great locations for wineries
Room was unclean in areas- carpets, bathroom floors etc.
Basic but fine for what we needed
Located centrally, clean and welcoming staff! Overall a lovely stay and well priced!
Great size room / apartment. Separate bedroom. Lounge room has a fireplace, lounge, dining table and kitchenette, but no TV? Location good in the centre of the Hunter Valley.
No TV in the lounge room and the apartments are quite dated now.
Not a lot to like about this property. It is old and in need of a refurbishment. The property is well located (that is the best I can say).
Generally, overall the property was a disappointment and we are unlikely to ever return.
