This was honestly the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. It was dirty everywhere — the kitchen, pans, shower, and toilet. The bathroom was so filthy that we stopped using it, and the tap water even turned brown while brushing our teeth. We couldn’t eat inside because of the unhygienic conditions and had to order food every day.

When we contacted the host, she took a long time to reply and made us feel like liars instead of helping. She only offered a simple cleaning service, but one day of cleaning cannot fix years of dirt, mold, and walls changing color. Dust and grime were everywhere.

She did not listen to us and ended up saying it was our fault for not reporting everything on the first day. At the beginning we noticed some small issues, but we didn’t want to seem rude, so we tried to accept it. Unfortunately, things only got worse and worse each day, until the place became completely unbearable.

On top of that, before check-in she even asked us to send our IDs through the website or unknown email, which is not professional at all you should never be asked to share personal documents like that.

This place is unhealthy, unsafe, and absolutely not worth the money. Truly the worst apartment experience of my life.

A lot. First, the basic things that are necessary. The place is so cramped. This is not appropriate to accommodate 3 people. There is no rag from the shower so we need to place one towel on the floor to prevent wetting the floor everywhere after a shower, leaving me and my husband sharing one flimsy towel for 3 days because there were no extra ones. The towels that are supposed to be white looked dirty on how old and discolored they are. The bathroom had no trash can and you have to go out to the kitchen to throw your trash from the bathroom which is very unsanitary. The bathroom sink does not have any mirror. Only 1 roll of tissue paper was provided for 3 persons for a 2 night stay. The bed wand pillows were not comfortable with pillow cases that aren't too clean. When we arrived, there was not a single bottle of water and could have been a little gesture of welcoming the guest. There are no small appliances like a microwave and iron that guests would normally need on their stay even if there was a little addition to the price. The worst thing is the owner/contact person does not reply 😒 🙄 in a timely manner, replied the next day saying his/her internet was down. I won't recommend for anyone to stay here even if it is cheaper than other accommodations on the same location as the place is really cheap.

There is no free use of pool. There are items left by previous occupants which were not removed by the host; used bath soap and clothes were placed outside on the aircon compressor. Furthermore, the place was not properly cleaned, and there were no tissue papers to wipe dirt off tables and cooking utensils. There are also no other extra ammenities like slippers and extra floor rags; these would have been useful. Lastly, check-in time of 2:00pm was not followed but they advised us to check out by 11:30am promptly, which we feel is short of their commitment of stay.

the CR drain.. please fix it

Water dispenser was empty, no complimentary water, no toilet tissue, toilet brush was stained. No bathroom mirror. Discarded items of clothing left on the balcony from previous guests.
