Please note that the outdoor pool is open from April until October.

Please note that the SüdtirolCard is included in the room rates and offers you free access to 80 museums and public transport throughout South Tyrol, including selected cable cars.

Outdoor parking is free. There is a garage available at an extra cost.

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

Half-board rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Extra guests will be charged separately.

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Besitzer und Personal, schöne Zimmer, tolle Lage und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Da das Wetter besser war als vorhergesagt kamen wir "leider" nicht dazu, das Wellnessangebot zu nutzen.

Das Hotel 🏨 ist fantastisch

Alles war perfekt 👌 Die Hotel Eigentümer das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Die Lage wunderschön. Essen war super lecker 😋 Wellness und Pool und Whirlpool super 👍

Alles klopt in hotel Grafenstein
Pros:

Mooi hotel, klassieke maar stijlvolle inrichting. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt met gebakken ei helemaal naar eigen wens. Wij hadden voor halfpension gekozen en het diner was super! Mooi terras. Schenna is ook een leuk plaatsje, je krijgt er echt een vakantiegevoel. Wij zijn van plan om volgend jaar weer terug te gaan en dan gaan we zeker weer naar hotel Grafenstein!

Es waren ein paar ganz besondere Wohlfühltage,die wir genießen durften!
Pros:

So wünscht man sich eine Hotelchefin, immer besorgt um ihre Gäste und immer ansprechbar. Der Spa- und Poolbereich wirklich toll!
Besser kann man nicht essen, Südtiroler Kochkunst wird auf den Tellern zelebriert.
Wir waren angetan von der Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Spiegel über dem Handwaschbecken auf der Toilette fehlt . Dafür ist ein Ganzkörperspiegel
Im Kleiderschrank hinter der aufgehängte Kleidung zu finden. Wer kommt auf solche grandiose Idee??

Siamo stati benissimo, il personale, i servizi, le accortezze, il cibo.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto! Forse avrei aggiunto delle torte o crostate il mattino ma c'erano comunque tantissime cose.
