Wenn nur zwei Sprachen als Personal an der Rezeption, dann muss man nicht so tun, als ob die Gäste sich nicht ausdrücken können. Dann sollte man behilflicher sein. Beispiel ? Präsentation der Rechnung (mangelhaft).

Heerlijk verblijf in Woerden

Erg ruime en mooie kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ontbijt was vers en goed georganiseerd. We hebben s avonds heerlijk gegeten op het terras van het restaurant.
