Die Lage und Resturants in der Umgebung.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und die Lage.

Cons:

Es wirkt vieles nur auf die schnelle gemacht und das Haukeeping war morgens um 8:00 schon sehr laut und haben über themen gesprochen die ich abstossen und unpassent fand bedenkt man das der Kinder stätte gleich neben dran war.
Umkleidekabine richt nach verwesung.
Bade Mätel sind alt, Kratzig, verfrantzt und klein für ein Welnnes Angebot ein absolutes no go.

Pros:

Espace Spa plus grand que j'avais imaginé et ça vaut la peine d'en profiter. Grande piscines à eau chaude intérieure et extérieurs!
Chambre confortable et calme
Petit déjeuner très complet et très bon (buffet).

Cons:

Emplacement un peu à l'écart de la gare et de la vieille ville (environ 10 minutes à pied pour l'un et l'autre).
Mais rien de négatif à signaler. Je recommande

Soggiorno lavorativo per sostenere un'esame - la giusta ricompensa in SPA! :)
Pros:

Piscina wellness fantastica, sia interna che esterna, molto calda piacevole, con diversi angoli idromassaggio etc.

Cons:

Bagno in camera piuttosto piccolo.

Flexibility for late checkin, Spa included in room rate. Plenty of parking space. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

It was my oversight that I didn’t check the breakfast opening time on Saturday (8:00 am). However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of flexibility shown. When my son and I arrived at around 7:20 am, two staff members were already preparing the buffet, but we were not allowed to take anything that was already available. While I understand that opening times need to be respected, a slightly more customer-oriented approach in this situation would have been appreciated. In the end, we chose to stop at a bakery instead.
