Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument formidable dans cet établissement. Les bains constituent un véritable atout et, voyageant avec mon enfant, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le peignoir à sa taille préparé dans la chambre.

La chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable et le lit, équipé d’un matelas à mémoire de forme, offrait un confort exceptionnel. J’ai rarement aussi bien dormi dans un hôtel.

Le personnel, aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au petit-déjeuner, était adorable et très attentionné. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner n’est pas immense, mais propose tout l’essentiel : fruits frais découpés, viennoiseries, pain frais, œufs, et un café particulièrement savoureux entre autre.

Nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour cet hôtel, idéalement situé à 10–15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la gare. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Frühstücksraum war angenehm, das Buffet gut bestückt. Die Teilnehmer, die den Wellnessteil benützten waren sehr zufrieden. Für uns war die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar und die Altstadt zu Fuss in Reichweite. Gratis Parkplätze sehr angenehm. Frühstücksbuffet sehr positiv. Zwei Zimmer waren den Erwartungen entsprechend und die Benützer waren zufrieden. Ein als Doppelzimmer bezeichnetes Zimmer war allerdings sehr klein und offensichtlich als Einzelzimmer konzipiert. In der Nasszelle konnte man sich kaum bewegen. Am Bett kein Nachttisch oder eine kleine Abstellfläche. Auch beim Bett konnte man sich kaum bewegen. Ausser diesem Problem mit dem einen Zimmer waren wir zufrieden.

Wellness gut , Hotel und Zimmer schlecht

Der Wellness bereich

Cons:

Der Empfang, ich war ca 30 min vor der Checkin Zeit da. Wenn das Zimmer nicht bereit ist verstehe ich wenn es nicht möglich das Zimmer zu beziehen. Aber in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich das man anderst behandelt wird. Und als es dann soweit war mit dem Checkin sprach man lieber mit einer angestellten als den Gast zu empfangen. Das Bad in meinem Zimmer war zu klein.

Wellness hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner correct. Peu de chambres, mais grandes. En fait c'est surtout un établissement de wellness, avec un peu d'hôtellerie. Entrée aux bains incluse, appréciable pour se détendre après 140 km à vélo.

La variété et la qualité du petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu améliorée.

Lieu fantastique, personnel aimable bien que personne ne savait parler français, accès au spa +++
Pros:

TOUT était parfait !! Je reviendrai, c'est certain ! Mention spécial pour le petit déjeuner qui proposait un contenant avec du muesli garanti sans gluten pour moi qui ai la maladie coeliaque.

Cons:

Que la télécommande du store de notre chambre manquait... Et qu'aucune solution nous a été proposé à l'accueil pour remédier à ce problème, si ce n'est, accepter que le concierge aille fouiller notre chambre pour voir si il la trouverait.
Il ne la pas trouvé non plus, donc pas agréable de se faire réveiller au petit matin par la luminosité naturelle mais voilà, un changement de chambre aurait été sympa.
