Pros:

The atmosphere is calm and far from the crowds

Cons:

The parking area is small, the room is very small, the air conditioner is poorly maintained and noisy, making it hard to sleep well. Not all rooms have chairs outside for relaxing — you have to move one from another room if you want to smoke and relax
