Guesthouse In Tórshavn Centre

Shower was terrible, communication was terrible we had no working kitchen for 2 days and the cleaning lady gave us a hard time for using the private kitchen.

Très bruyant sur une route très passante. Les équipements n'étaient pas de qualité. La douche bouchée et quelle douche ! Mais la chambre double était grande confortable et bien situé.

Great location in the middle of the centre. And room was big with a shelf and a desk.
There is no shower (bidet sprey is used as shower), no kitchen( there were some equipments downstairs ) but if you are ok with it, it’s fine. I still enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was noisy from the street but overall I was pretty happy with the stay!

I understand that the property is inexpensive for Torshavn. But there are so many things that they could do to make the property more comfortable that wouldn’t cost much. My room had no table, no mirror, no waste paper basket (I got one eventually after asking for two days) no shelves and no where to put clothes/things other than a few hooks. I had to store things on the floor and the window sill. The only furniture except for the bed was a cheap chair. The window blind is not big enough for the window so the room is not recommended if you have trouble sleeping. The shower and the kitchen are extremely basic. If you just want cheap and cheerful fine but I was staying for a week and was disappointed. There was also a problem with the door lock but that was sorted. I would say the location is very good.

Good location, but no-frills room. I liked the common area for eating and was appreciative of the cooking hot plate. Sound traveled throughout — so if your neighbors are noisy, you will hear them. Overall, a good value for a solo traveler.

This is an excellent location, near to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The room, shared bathroom and public areas were clean with cooking and eating supplies.My frustration was the lack of a convenient wall outlet to charge a phone and bright bedside table lamps.

Die Unterkunft bietet die notwendigen Basics und ist direkt neben der Altstadt an einer viel erfahrenen Straße.

Hvad man kan forvente af et hostel, har hvad man skal bruge. Rent. Tæt på centrum/havnen.

The room was just a bed, nothing more. But the shared bathroom and kitchen were nice and clean. You get what you pay for, so nothing to complain about.

Fint rom. Kjøkken var fordelt over to etasjer, med kjøleskap og spisebord i andre etasje, mens kjøkkenvask var i etasjen under. Dusjen hadde dårlig vanntrykk, men fungerte greit. Rommet var rent og pent, stort og lyst. Beliggenhet strålende. Det var 5 gjesterom, et toalett, og et bad m/toalett og "dusj". Alt i alt god verdi for pengene, og hadde jeg reist tilbake hadde jeg nok booket dette på nytt.

Rommet var svært lite og framsto som gammelt og veldig enkelt. Veldig ubehagelig seng. Virkeligheten var veldig langt unna fremstillingen på bildet for å si det mildt.

Heel sober ingericht, oude meubilair maar redelijk schoon. Weinig privacy. Buitenkant slecht afgewerkt.
