Pros:

Super Lage, allerdings durch die Straße etwas laut. Schöner Blick zum Meer, gut eingerichtetes Apartment, alles da, was man braucht.

Cons:

Ich möchte es nicht als Meckern verstanden wissen, aber mir ist schon häufig aufgefallen, dass bei solch schönen Apartments Design vor Funktion rangiert (um es auf einen kurzen Nenner zu bringen). Das sieht man Fotos natürlich nicht an und es hört sich vielleicht merkwürdig an, aber mich wundern nur ein wenig folgende Details:
- nicht richtig eingestellte Küchentüren, hängen schief in den Scharnieren
- einige Fliesen sind nicht richtig entlang von Fugenfluchten verlegt, sondern versetzt (würde ich als Besitzer so nicht akzeptieren)
- schwarze Armaturen ok, aber es platzt der Lack an einigen Stellen schon ab, nach 3 bis 4 Jahren Betriebszeit (würde bei verchromten Armaturen, natürlich kein Billigkram und bei entsprechender Pflege in 10 Jahren nicht passieren)
- beide Duschabtrennungstüren hängen irgendwie auch und schließen nicht richtig (Billig-Modell?)
- Halterung für Duscharmatur ist nicht mehr richtig befestigt, so dass die Armatur irgendwann beim Einhängen zu Boden fallen wird, was geht dabei kaputt? Armatur oder Boden oder beides?)
Wie gesagt, es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, manche lassen sich sicherlich durch einen Hausmeister schnell beheben, aber warum schaut ein Besitzer oder Manager nicht nach solchen Details? Manche Leute wie ich bemerken so etwas schon und es ist für mich ja nicht nur ein Apartment für 3 Tage Urlaub, sondern man wohnt dort und möchte am liebsten Werkzeug organisieren, um selbst Hand anzulegen.

הדירה מצויינת. 2 חדרי שינה ושני חדרי שרותים ומקלחת. הדירה מעוצבת יפה ומודרני ונוחה מאד.
המטבח נוח ומכיל כל מה שצריך. גם השרות היה מצויין וקיבלנו מענה מהיר לכל פניה

Lovely apartments, good value.
Pros:

Modern apartments just across from a nice beach and only a few minutes walk from the harbour area.

Cons:

Quite a bit of noise from the traffic on the road in front of tye apartments when sunbathing on the balcony or by the pool.

Winter holiday at Waterside

Waterside is a fabulous apartment perfectly located to enjoy Paphos with ease.
The bed was really comfortable and the apartment was well appointed and serviced each day.

Our recent stay at this apartment in Paphos was truly exceptional easily one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve had.😍

We booked the family apartment, which was incredibly spacious and well-designed. It featured two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous balcony overlooking both the pool and the beautiful seaside. The view was simply stunning and made for the perfect setting to relax at any time of day.

The location couldn’t have been better. The apartment is ideally situated within walking distance to the beach, numerous restaurants, and the Harbour area, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything Paphos has to offer.

Housekeeping exceeded our expectations. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly almost every day, and fresh towels were provided regularly. Everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay.

Communication with the staff was seamless. The reception team was friendly, responsive, and professional. We especially appreciated how easy it was to reach them via WhatsApp every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect, stress-free stay in Paphos. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or friends, this place offers comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.🤍
