extra comforter and pillows available.

A/c at common area not available.
Could been better if install fan at the common area.
Water unavailable for a few hours, but not due to hotel's fault (Kuantan city), should have communicated to customers via WA to inform/update the condition.
The condition outside hotel entrance too dark, feel a bit unsafe.
