Shuttle to/from CMN and close to CMN, allowing for simple overnight. The room was otherwise very comfortable. The staff at checkin was very helpful and accomodating.
The AC was not working. The fan worked but no cooling.
Next to airport with restaurant open until very late. Beds are comfy.
Very expensive (paid 80€). Pilllows are too high and uncomfortable.

The Room. Was very hot! When reported the concern, a technician responded to concern and provided information that the air conditioning system had not been turned on.
Unacceptable situation. Response was to open the window, which we did and were woken up multiple times related to outside noise. Rooms were very hot and our family had a very poor quality sleep related to temperature.
Water pressure/ temperature - inconsistent with pressure and temperature
the check in process is cumbersome. It took me about 45 minutes from entry into the hotel to entering the room
the check in process is not very professionally handled. there were two lines to stand in without any notification which one was for what. After reaching the counter on first line I was advised to stand in the other line. The personal failed to activate the key card and I had to return from the door of my room to get it activated.
