The staff, the food, nice room, nice pool
Nowhere to put your towel or anything if you go for a swim in the pool, only one sun lounger 🙄

The hotel, the staff and the location are all great! It is a bit loud being right in the middle of everything but that is what I signed up for. The Spa was incredible - the back massage was life changing.

Das Hotel war sehr Zentral. Überall in Gehminuten erreichbar. Hotelzimmer sehr schôn eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie waren immer stets bereit zu helfen oder zu assistieren. Ich würde das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
Very spacious rooms and amazing location. But what I liked most was the very helpful and dedicated staff who even accompanied me to the clinic when I told them I probably had swimmer’s ear. It really felt like home and was the most attentive stay in my 1 month long Asia journey. Thank you for everything

Aside from the location which is beach front, I really like how they welcome their guest and they stay consistent with excellent customer service. Every single one of the staff will greet you with a smile from day one until our last stay.
Breakfast is outstanding, with their unli taho.
They also have a beach bed where you can relax while watching the sunset.
The pool is always clean.
Room is spacious and clean.
Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel is truly a standard setter. This is the second time staying in this hotel. Everyone should experience this kind of customer service. I will surely come back here.
