Pros:

Le chambre a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour : des lits confortables, une salle de bain bien équipée, une entrée autonome et facile. Le logement était très propre. Je recommande vivement.

Great place in the center of Ishigaki.
Pros:

Close proximity to the ferry terminal. Great communication with the owner. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Due to the typhoon we had to shorten our stay and we were kindly granted a refund.

Pros:

Good location, around 10 min walk to ferry and bus terminal. Comfortable beds, clear check-in and -out instructions.

Cons:

The cleaning could be improved: there was quite some dust above the beds, plus the towels had a strange smell, at least to me and maybe it came from the basket they come in.

Pros:

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca del puerto y de la zona más céntrica.
El alojamiento es cómodo y la habitación es adecuada con el precio.
Relación calidad-precio muy buena

Cons:

Cuando llegamos al alojamiento la habitación que nos habían dado no estaba recogida ni limpia, contactamos con el servicio de atención al cliente y nos dieran una rápida respuesta.
La puerta de la entrada a veces fallaba para entrar al alojamiento

Great location, service, and cleanliness. Beds could be bigger and more comfortable.
Pros:

I loved the space and cleanliness of this place. Much bigger than other places in Japan. Everything was very clean and the check in service was simple and easy. Also loved the new towels that were brought each day.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like was the bed themselves. I know it is personal preference, but they were a bit small and uncomfortable.

Pros:

La stanza è grande anche se i letti occupano troppo spazio.
Lo spazio comune è grande e pulito, con cucina a disposizione.

Cons:

La totale assenza dello staff, e totale assenza di riferimenti e indicazioni utili. Non essendo un luogo molto frequentato da turisti internazionali, non è semplice organizzare le varie escursioni, tipo visita delle isole vicine, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayak, e altro. Il supporto dell'host sarebbe importante in questi casi. Potrebbero almeno lasciare delle brochure con dei contatti telefonici e invece neanche quello.
