La vue sur le golf magnifique, le personnel agréable, la literie confortable

La climatisation en erreur,manque de vaisselle pour un long séjour, il faut acheter des dosettes sur place car ne se trouvent pas dans le commerce,frigo cassé, forte odeur d'égout, l'appartement aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement, l'appartement n'était pas très propre

Établissement vieillissant et pas très clean, mais calme.
Pros:

Pas trop cher et bien placé car pas trop loin d'Avignon centre mais au clame.

Cons:

L'établissement est vieillot, pas au gout du jour. Les toilettes aviaient pleins de traces sur les murs, la salle de bain était vieillissante aussi, tout comme la cuisine. j'ai du ouvrir le tableau électrique et remettre en marche le frigo qui ne marchait plus à mon arrivée. Le coffre fort de la chambre était verrouillé sur un ancien code, donc inutilisable...

A las baldas, pequeñas , del armario le faltaban soportes, se caían , y una de ellas, con solo 2 de los 4 q tenía que tener no se podía utilizar, además, solo había 3 perchas.

Pros:

Grand logement confortable et bien climatisé au calme en banlieue d'Avignon. Piscine très sympa aussi . Vue sur le golf sympa .

Cons:

Quelques défauts d'entretien visibles comme le réfrigérateur qui butte sur une structure de la cuisine .

Je recommande, coche toutes les cases à ce prix !
Pros:

L emplacement est idéal à 8km en vélo d'Avignon avec de la piste cyclable tout le long. Dans un cadre très vert sans aucune nuisance sonore ni visuelle. Aucun vis à vis de notre terrasse. Chien accepté et pour eux c'est super. La climatisation etait efficace. Les pieces sont volumineuses et spacieuses.

Cons:

Un tout petit manque de propreté dans certains angles et manque un espace pour garer ses vélos proche de son appartement.

hôtel bien placé vétuste mais surtout sale

Un cadre agréable mais hôtel vétuste.

Cons:

Ne pas confondre vétusté et saleté. Des traces suspectes au mur des toilettes, des amas de poils et saleté au bord de la douche, un dépôt gluant sur la table de chevet , la lampe des toilettes a effet stroboscopique. tous ces problèmes ont été déclarés a la réception pour une intervention prévue le lendemain - Mais le lendemain on retrouve la chambre non fermée et aucun des problèmes corrigés - simplement un deuxième ménage du sol uniquement qui n'était pas demandé..et surtout aucun message de la réception de la non intervention
Je ne compte pas la planche manquante au volet de la chambre qui ne peut donc pas se fermer - mais la c'est de la vetusté
