Struttura non troppo grande quindi tranquilla e non dispersiva. Atmosfera familiare. Siamo stati trattti benissimo. La zona SPA é stupenda e il cibo ottimo
Camera pulita,nuova e spaziosa così come il bagno. SPA suggestiva e ben tenuta. Ristorante eccellente.
Il garage non collegato all’hotel né allo skiroom. Gli armadietti dello ski room che per quanto nuovi non si chiudono, la spa un po’ piccola quando l’hotel é pieno. É mancato un po’ di calore e attenzione che mi aspetto da un hotel a conduzione familiare.
Food presentation was beautiful, and the overall quality of food was high.
Reception staff and some restaurant staff were very friendly, especially one Albanian lady who was exceptionally kind and warm.
The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily.
The ski bus was convenient, and the driver was incredibly friendly.
The hotel area is pleasant, with plenty of parking available.
The ski room was excellent - modern, spacious, and very well organized.
There were no vegetables at breakfast by default (they were available only upon request).
Only one coffee machine, which often caused queues.
Forks were not given at breakfast, which is strange.
One older lady working in the restaurant was not very friendly and felt quite rude, which affected the atmosphere.
The dining room is divided into a bright, pleasant area and a darker one - unfortunately, we were seated in the darker section and assigned the same table every day, with no option to change.
The spa closes at 7 pm, which felt too early, especially after skiing - opening until at least 8 pm would be much more comfortable.
The ski bus only goes to the nearest slopes; it would be great if it also connected to other areas like Sella Ronda.
Overall, the stay felt quite expensive for what was offered.

SPA i baseny zamykające się o 19:00 wieczorem (za wcześnie po powrocie z nart o 18:00)

Ski bus nie dowozi do Sella Ronda, jedynie do lokalnego stoku w miejscowości

בנוסף, הגבר בדלפק הקבלה היה מאוד אדיב ועזר לנו לתכנן את הטיול
בארוחת הבוקר לא היו בכלל ירקות
ובנוסף, בקשנו לאכול ליד החלון והאישה האחראית על חדר האוכל פשוט לא הסכימה! סרבה בתוקף לאפשר לנו לבחור היכן לשבת וממש התעקשה להושיב אותנו בשולחן ספציפי ופחות אטרקטיבי.
מעבר לזה, ערכו לנו את המיטה עם שתי שמיכות נפרדות, כשבקשתי שמיכת פוך זוגית לא היתה להם. הזיה

Di fatto posso esprimere esclusivamente pareri positivi sulla struttura tenuta in modo impeccabile, l'accoglienza dello staff è stata estremamente cordiale, la famiglia rappresenta il vero punto di forza Del Rene Dolomites Boutique Hotel, che mi sento di consigliare, ma soprattutto spero di poter ritornare.
