Pros:

Hotel was really buit in a good way BUT staffs working their ruining reputation of the hotels, right from evening guard who welcomed us with rude behaviour to Reception Manager who wanted to cheat us. Reception manager wanted to give us room without window inspite of it was mentioned in our booking details.
After argument also, Reception Manager gave me room in the back with room facing other building wall. Very upset and will recommend people to book other good hotels available with same price.

Pros:

Special mention of GM Mr. Vivek for being guest centric and helpful. Restaurant staff Yadav and Aniruddha were really good and ensured we always had the best breakfast. Thank you entire team at the property for great experience.

Excellent new hotel
Pros:

It's a brand new hotel so it's very nice and comfortable. The rooms are new and everything works. Absolute value for money. The food at the restaurant was great although they need to improve their service the food is good. It's abit away from the city but it's easy to get an eRickshaw which could take between 20 to 30 minutes depending on where u are going. The only thing was that during the day there was a smoke smell in the air but that cannot be the hotels fault. I would definitely stay again .The AC was very good.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. Food in restaurant was good. On the highway and bit far from temple but peaceful. Value for money hotel. Recommended for people having own transport.

Comfortable beautiful and relaxed stay with family
Pros:

It was really nice time living in Varanasi, front desk manager Nitesh was really great at communicating and as i have booked my hotel last minute he arranged everything properly which was really appreciative. For family I do recommend this hotel and definitely stay again if you go to Varanasi.
