Хороший отель, планируем вернуться, всем рекомендуем!
Pros:

Все понравилось, хорошая локация и моря и рядом современный город!Персонал замечательный, общались с персоналом отеля через переводчик Google, понимали друг друга 100%.

Cons:

Единственно, долго разбирались с оплаченными завтраками через Booking, почему то отель не видел этого, но разобрались, все хорошо.

Highly enjoyable.
Pros:

From the minute I walked in, I was treated incredibly well. The lady who checked me in, Ms Syria, was fantastic. At the end of the stay, I left something in my room after I had left, the hotel was very good in returning it to me!

Cons:

The breakfasts could have more variety, but it was still good.

Pros:

Отель расположен чудесно: до общественного пляжа 5 минут пешком , за углом отеля улица с кафешками и через речку отличный аутлет с известными брендами (в основном спорт. И есть бургер Кинг, пицца хат и Старбакс, здесь же прогулочная зона).
На английском в отеле не говорят, скачайте в смартфон переводчик - говорите и сразу переводит - все китайцы умеют ими пользоваться. В отеле жили втроём с дочкой 11 лет - дети до 12 лет бесплатно, при этом без доп кровати, но завтраком дочку кормили бесплатно. Номер был самый простой с двумя кроватями, они примерно 120-140 см , комфортно уместились мама с дочкой на одной кровати, папа на второй.
Бассейна в отеле нет, полотенца для пляжа не дают. В этом здании есть открытый бассейн платный, примерно 500 руб с человека. На пляже нет зонтов и лежаков. Море отличное, береговая линия широкая, китайцев много, но никто не толкается, они только воздухом дышат, почти никто не купается. Есть бесплатные туалеты и души.
Завтрак в отеле выше всяких похвал. Есть европейская еда (яйца, наггетсы, фри, свежие овощи, йогурты, выпечка). И очень много местных блюд, за три дня были небольшие изменения в меню. Очень вкусно готовят китайские блюда, и есть возможность перепробовать всё, за что жалко платить в кафешках, так как не знаешь вкусно ли. Каждое утро варят супы с лапшой, пальцем показываешь и готовят. Все всё понимают. Две кофемашины, одна с молоком, другая без.
Номер был отличный, с балконом. Вид на речку и озеро. Там идёт ремонт мостиков, иногда было шумно, но не каждый день. Очень понравился интерьер отеля и номера, красиво, уютно, чисто, современно. В номере каждый день бесплатно две водички, две газировки в холодильнике, чай в пакетиках. Если любите шоколад и сладкое - берите с собой из дома, китайцы это не едят и почти нигде не продается. Чаевые в Китае не оставляют, их не берут. Также если есть проблемы с палочками для еды, берите вилку, вилок нигде нет, кроме отеля.

已很多次入住深圳大梅沙萬豪萬楓酒店了，每次回來都好有歸屬感，都的確很有"歡迎回家"的感覺。
今次都是同婆婆到來，再次見到職員Kari Li 她總是給予一種親切熱誠感覺，重點是...她還是認得我們。
今次Kati 送上婆婆水果，很窩心，謝謝。

Месторасположение отличное, рядом с пляжем

В номере туалет без двери, впервые такое вижу, и душевая была после использования не помыта, видимо кто-то зашел, помылся и номер не убрали, у нас заезд был поздно вечером, я так понимаю персонал подумал, что никто не приедет, и пользовались номером

Pros:

We was there with family, it is near Damaisha beach, 5 minutes, the baech is really safe and clean!
The hotel is so clean and safe, the staff is exelent. They know their job very well.
Especially Yuki Wang, she is professional in her job, and exelent worker.
The price is really cheap for such kind of hotel.
Araund the hotel everything is near, and it is very quiet and modern. Tank your very much!!!
