Brilliant apartment in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Location was sensational and the apartment meets all expectations and more. I will definitely stay here again. Peter, the host, was such a great communicator made everything very easy. Even left us some Tim Tams in the fridge.

Spacious apartment in ideal location
Pros:

We loved our stay here, it was much more spacious than the other options we looked at. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with lots of nice cafes and restaurants on Flinders Lane.

Great for exploring the city
Pros:

Central location in a beautiful building, great food and cafes to explore nearby, walkable to places we needed to go to. We had a comfortable stay overall, and the room was clean and well-kept.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were a bit softer than our personal preference, but that’s just a matter of taste. We also ended up buying our own shampoo and conditioner, as we prefer our usual products. Otherwise, we appreciated the accommodation and hospitality!

Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

Double bed mattress and quilt cover could be upgraded. My husband kept rolling into the middle of the bed and the quilt cover was stained/discolored. The apartment did not look like the photos shown on web site but was ok.

Perfect apartment for a couple looking to explore Melbourne by foot.
Pros:

The apartment was in the best possible location for exploring Melbourne by foot. Bonus was the proximity to the location of the Australian open, running paths along the river, and all the walking tour highlights. Extremely clean, quiet and safe building.

Cons:

Make sure before you book that you understand that this is a tiny apartment, with very little natural light. It is a perfect place for those planning on being out and about all day, but not a place to really lounge or hangout. Although there are amazing coffee shops nearby, there is no coffee machine in the apartment

Marvellous Melbourne digs.
Pros:

Super location. Restaurants and wine bars at your doorstep. Facilities great. Well appointed apartment. Great host. For central location it is quiet overlooking the lane.

A cozy, well-equipped retreat in the heart of Melbourne—everything you need for a relaxing, city stay.
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay! The apartment was so comfy and cozy—truly a little home away from home. The location in Melbourne was unbeatable, close to the trams, restaurants, shops and theatres; we couldn’t have asked for more. It had everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Apartment was in excellent location. Very clean. Had everything we needed, tea and coffee, close to supermarkets, spacious and comfortable, quiet and very secure. Easy key pick-up and good communication. Great spots to eat literally outside the door. Look forward to returning. Thank you.

Pros:

The apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location! It was very clean and welcoming, we had an excellent stay.

Cons:

If i had to find one thing I didn't love, it was the wifi - it dropped out a couple of times but always came back quite quickly.

The location of this property is perfect- right near the Degraves cafe strip and Flinders Station.
