Wish I could have stayed!
Pros:

It was convenient to eateries in the highway.

Cons:

We were unable to stay due to rooms not being clean and had to find another hotel on our own, since I did not book through my Hilton Honors, which the people who did but they were able to assist them with locating another hotel and gave them a letter. I had to go back to the car and call for assistance for my son and I to find a hotel in the late hours at night.

I stayed there and when I checked the next morning my card had been charge twice for smoking and I don’t even smoke

Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Lack of A/C in the common areas, including the dining room and hallways. There is no ventilation system in the bathroom! Room and bathroom upgrades are needed to make the property more appealing.

Cons:

I visited Greensboro to attend a funeral with a family member. We were less than pleased with our stay at this hotel and unfortunately, would not return nor would we recommend it to anyone.

Specifically, there was a lack of A/C in the common areas, including the dining room and hallways. There was no ventilation system in the bathroom! Room and bathroom upgrades are needed to make the property more appealing.

Additionally, neither of us were offered the traditional cookie or bottled water though a gentleman ahead of us whose room was not ready was indeed asked.

The stay was excellent!
Pros:

Breakfast was not good. Hallways were very hot! But the room was clean and cool. I enjoyed my stay!

Cons:

Staff at front desk wasn't approachable. Attitude wasn't professional for front desk service. Staff member (Taji). Front desk service should be warm and greetful. Not cold and dismissal!

Pros:

Staff was nice. Great location. Hot cookies are always a plus.

Cons:

The bar that the supports the shower doors is not level and causes the door to slide open. What a downer! Room did not have towels either.
