No restaurant

There was absolutely no hot water to take a shower in the evening. The water was lukewarm / tepid. The water pressure was also very bad, if it came out any slower it would be dripping. And to top it off there was no body wash for the shower, had to use the hand soap they give you to wash your hands.

No hot water, no toilet paper, never picked up trash or fresh towels, and the keys didn't work the entire stay

I had reserved two rooms, 202 and 313, for a stay from Friday to Sunday. Upon my arrival at 4 PM, I found that there was no hot water when I attempted to shower that evening, which was quite chilly. I requested a room change from the front desk attendant, but he informed me that it was not possible as all rooms were booked. Mind you the hotel was booked under my name and not mu husband. Subsequently, my husband approached the front desk, and he was permitted to change our room to 208, with the suggestion to let the water run for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the hot water still did not become available. We then moved to room 205, but again, there was no hot water. Ultimately, we were relocated to the third floor. It appears that the hot water was not functioning in any of the rooms on the second floor, as all guests had to be moved to the third floor. This is a newly established hotel where the hot water system on the second floor is not operational. After a six-hour drive, I was quite exhausted by the repeated room changes.

NO HOT WATER.
We had been at a horse show all day, didn't get back to the room until 11 pm. Ran the water for quite some time, but still no hot water. Cold showers, as we didn't want maintenance that late having to get up early the next morning.
We reported it to the staff the next morning. Staff seemed very uninterested in the issue. They did not write down our room number, so we repeated it again. When we came back late that evening, we tried to confirm with the staff the issue was fixed. We were told many rooms on that floor had no hot water, but he believed our room was ok. Not much assurance, but that's all we got before going up to our room to check. I asked for some kind of deduction in our bill as hot water should be expected even at the worst hotel. He offered 15-20 dollars off. :/ Totally unacceptable!
The good news for us is that the water was not exactly hot, but much warmer for a shower. I am expecting someone from Wyndham to reach out to me to offer money off this stay, or a deduction on my room at the end of the month. We have another horse show at the end of January, so will be trying your hotel one more time.
