Diese Top-Unterkunft in Top-Lage ist empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Klein aber fein. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man für eine Kurzreise braucht in Top-Lage!
Ein Ventilator sorgte zumindest nachts für etwas Abkühlung; die Regen-Dusche war richtig schön.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Apartment direkt an der Straße an sehr heißen Tagen, so dass die Fenster nachts nicht geöffnet werden konnten.

Pros:

基本的に長期滞在に必要なものが揃っている。モダン。エクストラでタオルを提供してくれた。

Cons:

Silver fishという虫が出た。気持ち悪かった。1週間強滞在なのにゴミを回収してくれないから、コモンエリアのゴミ箱がいつもいっぱいでハエがたかってる。熱波の際は部屋に滞在できなかった。コモンエリアのwifiが3週間前滞在した時から直っていない。バルコニーのない部屋は道路に面していて、救急車が多く通る道だから窓を開けてるとうるさいし、空気は汚い。

Alleingelassen bei heißen Tagen und Nächten im YUMA-Appartment.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Kaffee- und Teemaschine, Spülmaschine, Geschirr etc.). Das (Klapp)Bett war sehr bequem. Mir gefiel die Inneneinrichtung und Gestaltung gut.

Cons:

Leider waren die Innentemperaturen sehr hoch und konnten nicht reguliert werden (elektronische Thermostate funktionierten nicht), im Schlafraum gab es konstante 28°C und im Badezimmer sogar 35°C! Das Badezimmer wurde im Juni geheizt!? Nach dem Duschen war vor dem Duschen.
Die Außentemperaturen lagen tags bei ca. 20°C, nachts um die 15°C. Jedoch konnte zum Runterkühlen des Appartments nachts die Balkontür nicht offen gelassen werden, da ein Hostel, dessen Außenbereich im selben Gebäudeblock liegt, die ganzen Nächte einen hohen Geräuschpegel verursachte. Ich schätze Leipzig sehr für seine reichhaltige Kultur, aber kreischender Gesang in der Morgendämmerung trifft nicht meinen Geschmack. Trotz des sehr bequemen Bettes konnte ich also kaum schlafen.
Das Lüften am Tag ging auch nicht so richtig, da die Balkontür defekt ist und nicht angekippt werden konnte. Sie hing nur noch an einem Aufhängepunkt. Das ist gefährlich und sollte schleunigst repariert werden.
Ich wollte das Zimmer wechseln und die Mängel melden, aber die Melde- und Kontaktfunktion auf der Webseite, die via QR-Code aufgerufen werden konnte, funktioniert nicht. Personal, dass man direkt im Haus ansprechen kann, gibt es nicht.
Darüber hinaus hätte ich gern eine/n Mitarbeiter/in angesprochen, da ich noch andere Fragen hatte, z.B. ob man einen Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentap oder ein Geschirrtuch bekommen könnte, sowas gehört ja nicht zum Standardreisegepäck.

Wonderful location in Leipzig
Pros:

The location was perfect, only 10 minutes walking from main station. The flat has a nice terrace, which was very convenient due to a heat wave.

Cons:

Although there was a cook top, there was no fry pan, which limited the possibility of cooking in the flat.

Cons:

Boa localizaçao, mas a limpeza ficou a desejar, ou seja, nao houve limpeza por parte do hotel e nem havia meios para que fizessemos nos mesmo a limpeza, isso foi desagradável e com o tempo estava muito quente, e os insetos vieram todos.
Die Lage war gut, aber die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig; das Hotel reinigte nicht, und wir hatten keine Möglichkeit, uns selbst zu reinigen. Das Zimmer war ungemütlich, und da es heiß war, kamen alle möglichen Insekten ins Apartment.

apartment is quite big, location is good and price was acceptable

keyless checkin

Cons:

there was broken router in my apartment, so i could not use Internet, tv and ac, which was conected via router. i asked support and got another wifi (from neugbours), but router has not been fixed. Also we had only one towel and support did nothing except promises
