Die moderne Einrichtung.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein größeres und komfortableres Apartment mit Balkon gebucht. Zuerst habe ich aber nur ein kleines Standard Apartment bekommen. Dort war der Toilettensitz und der Mülleimer defekt. Der Boden war nicht sauber und vor der Terrasse wimmelte es nur von Zigarettenstummeln.
Nach 2 Tagen habe ich dann ein größeres Apartment jedoch wieder ohne Balkon bekommen. Auch dort war der Fußboden nicht sauber und der TV und ein Teil der Beleuchtung defekt.

Genaues Lesen der Bewertungen hilft
Cons:

Die Apartmentanlage hat als Geschäftskonzept mit KI ohne Personal vor Ort die Leute abzufertigen.
Der Reisepreis wird sofort abgebucht, ferner eine Kaution i. H. V. 250 Euro verlangt , sonst bekommt man keinen Zugang.

Da keine Leute vor Ort sind, lassen sich Mängel bei Einzug nicht feststellen, so dass bei bestehenden Mängel die Kaution gefährdet ist.

Sämtliche Anfragen werden mit blödsinniger KI beantwortet.

Wenn man sich die Bewertungen genau anschaut, finden sich auffallende viele, nachvollziehbare, und glaubhafte Bewertungen im 1 Punktebereich. Diese entsprechen der Wahrheit.

Aber kein Problem für die Firma, diese richtigen Bewertungen werden einfach mit belanglosen 5 Sterne Bewertungen überschrieben.

Das ist offensichtlich.

Als Vielbucher ist mir sowas bei Booking Com
noch nicht unter gekommen.

Absolute Warnung. Keinerlei Seriösität.

Okay but not comparable to the photos.
Pros:

The location is great, and it was an easy check-in process. It was relatively cheap to rent, I always keep the budget in mind when doing the comparison, so I didn't expect a 5 star hotel, you get what you pay for. So okay if you are looking for a cheap and quick layover.

Cons:

Even though I keep "you get what you pay" in mind, I do feel like the pictures are missleading. A lot of things in the room were broken, and if we didn't bring our own kitchen stuff we wouldn't really have been able to cook. I feel like the pictures are very old, as it is now quite run down when it comes to the paint in our room etc.

I do understand it is hard to keep a fully equipped kitchen right by the entrance, most things would probably be robbed, but then don't advertise it as a functional space during the booking process.

The room was not necessarily dirty, but I also didn't find it super clean. So again, it was fine in terms of what I paid. But I wouldn't say it felt very cosy or nice to stay there for more than a night or two.

Der Fernseher ging während meines Aufenthaltes nur bis Lautstärke 10, so konnte ich auch nicht während der Ruhezeiten Nachrichten sehen.
