wenn das Management funktionieren würde wäre es zu 100% optimal.

Parkplatz vor der Türe. Obwohl Parkplatz Nummer vergeben wurde stand 3x wer anderer dort.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, der Support sehr freundlich nur leider wurden die Beschwerden NIE bearbeitet. Ich hatte in meinem Zimmer einen kaputten Safe und einen nicht funktionierenden TV. Wurde mir täglich versprochen es zu richten. Wurde NIE gemacht. Mein Kollege hatte keinen Tisch und keinen Sessel im Zimmer wurde auch täglich versprochen kam bis zu unserer Abreise (11 Tage) NIE, Mist wurde erst nach Beschwerde von allen Zimmern vom Gang weggeräumt

Habe überhaupt kein Personal gesehen. Man kann nichts fragen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, am Abreisetag noch sein Gepäck unterzustellen, was sonst JEDES Hotel ermöglicht. Die Unterkunft war ein ganz normales Zimmer, das als Ferienwohnung zu bezeichnen, ist total übertrieben. Die Kaution von 250 € wurde weder im Angebot noch bei Buchung erwähnt !
Habe die Kaution nach drei Tagen der Abreise immer noch nicht zurückbekommen.

Eine Katastrophe
Pros:

Einigermaßen modern - Badezimmer war sehr schön

Cons:

Oh das war einiges. Fernseher war schwer einzustellen, Lampen ohne funktionierende Birnen. Vorhang war nicht richtig eingefädelt - nicht ausreichend Geschirr. Die Krönung jedoch war das ich meinen Tee auf dem Topper umkippte. Darauf belasteten sie meine kreditkarte mit 160 euro. Ok warum ihte Versicherung das nicht trägt. Ich bat um Rechnungszustellung an meine email adresse. Das war am 23.12. Am 10.02 war noch immer nichts abgekommen. Als ich jetzt um Rechnung bat zogen sie plötzlich nochmal 105 euro für folgende Leistungen ein. Reinigung des Zimmers, versabdkosten des Toppers. Selten so etwas dreistes erlebt - auf keinen Fall buchen bei dieser Unterkunft. Mal abgesehen das deren Versicherung das übernimmt wäre der grosse Fleck auf mit einem Nasssauger reinigbar gewesen. Aber Umweltschutz interessiert diese Unterkunft ebenfalls nicht.

Pros:

Es war ein schön eingerichtetes Apartment, aber das Bett war nicht so gut und die Kopfkissen zu wenig.

Aber sonst war es super auch das Badezimmer.

Small kitchen inside room, fully equipped bathroom.

Cons:

I came to hotel to make check inn and first thing: my room was still not empty. I need to call to service to be informed that I need to wait for the new room for me. Over all it was almost one hour of waiting
Second thing: in the room was freaking cold, only +16C. Only in the end of stay they offered me portable heater. But still I never get it…
