kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Ausstattung ist gut, Zimmer oft viel zu warm, nicht mega sauber
Pros:

Ich reise regelmäßig nach Leipzig und bevorzuge YUMA wegen der hervorragenden Lage und der Nähe zu meinem Büro. Es ist immer wieder eine Überraschung, was wohl diesmal im Zimmer nicht okay ist. Ich hatte diesmal B105. Auf der Ebene das einzige Zimmer ohne Fenster im Bad, was ich sehr schade finde. Aber traurig war, dass diesmal der Müll vom Vorgänger noch in der Küchenzeile drin war. Beim letzten Mal hat der Fön gefehlt. So ist es jedes Mal ein Pokerspiel, was wohl wieder nicht okay ist. Personal habe ich nur einmal gesehen, als ein Fernseher ausgetauscht wurde, nachdem ich diesen aus Sicherheitsgründen bemängelt habe. Da ich die Rechnungen für meine Steuererklärung regelmäßig einfordere, bin ich enttäuscht, dass ich zuletzt 3x nachgefragt habe. Sie verweisen für Reklamationen gern auf ihre eigene Seite. Leider funktioniert der Link nicht. Verstehe nicht, weshalb die Besitzer nicht an mehr Qualität interessiert sind.
Dann könnten sie mehr Geld verlangen, deshalb ist es zum Übernachten okay. Die Sauberkeit lässt grundsätzlich zu wünschen übrig. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob da in dem Schlaf-/Aufenthaltsraum gewischt wird. Wenn man keine großen Erwartungen hat und viel in Leipzig unternehmen will oder für Job nur übernachtet, ist es wirklich okay. Ich finde es gut, dass diese Mini-Küche drin ist mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.
Allerdings befindet sich eine Art Studentenwohnheim in der Nähe, so dass es oft abends sehr laut ist. Dabei ist der Fernseher in den Zimmern reguliert: entweder du hast den Ton an oder aus, d.h. du kannst den Ton nicht lauter drehen, was ziemlich blöd ist, wenn du die Balkontür oder Fenster offen hast, da du kein Wort im Fernseher verstehst.
Die Gäste sind auch unterschiedlich. Manche wie ich zwecks Job, dann ist es ruhig. Manche kiffen auf dem Balkon, auch unangenehm oder für Junggesellenabschied, dann ist es etwas lauter. Die Fenster sind wirklich dicht, aber die Zimmer empfinde ich im Sommer als zu warm.

Cons:

- Sauberkeit in den Zimmern (wischen?, Müll leeren) und Außengelände ausbaufähig. Zuletzt lagen Müllreste in der Einfahrt. Wahrscheinlich ging es jemanden wie mir, s.o.
- Ansprechpartner vor Ort wünschenswert, der bevor neuer Gast kommt einen Qualitäts-Check durchführt zwecks Standard
- Ton vom Fernseher lauter als 10 einstellbar
- Toilette im Hauptgebäude habe ich nur einmal benutzt, ging gar nicht, seitdem nur die im Zimmer
- hatte auch mal ein Zimmer, da gab es keinen Toilettendeckel

A lot of money for a room.
Pros:

Location was pretty good.

Cons:

Price was very high (although it was the conference league final so not completely unexpected). I know it doesn’t cost anywhere near as much normally, but 8-9 times markup was excessive. Not really an apartment and could have done with an extra bed.

Tatsächlich hat das Apartment alles was man braucht, Waschmaschinen sind in den Gängen.
Parkplatz mit Glück bekommen. Es war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation gut

Es gab zwei drei Sachen aber durch die Kommunikation mit Airbio hat das alles gut funktioniert, genauso weiter machen!
