Pros:

El departamento es exactamente lo que promete pero dejo una ADVERTENCIA: si les dicen que su pago no ha sido confirmado y les insisten en que den otra tarjeta NO lo hagan! Me cobraron doble en distintas tarjetas y jamás me dieron una devolución por el cobro extra. Ni se hicieron cargo del problema.

It was close to Hauptbahnhof, had everything near and it was basiclly start point for everything. Simple use, good prices, had most of the things in WC, in the kitchen etc.

Cons:

It was next to street, so when u open window/balkonie noice is loud.

Mir hat nicht gefallen das unser Zimmer mit Balkon was rechtzeitig gebucht wurde leider besetzt war ,meine Lebensgefährtin stand in einem bewohnten Apartment..Ausserdem hat es echt ziemlich lang gedauert bis wir ein neues bekommen haben und das dann ohne Balkon q⁸hat

Hier ist eine flüssigere und überzeugendere Version deiner Bewertung:

Es war eine Katastrophe!

Ich hatte ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Innenhofseite gebucht, bekam aber stattdessen ein Standardstudio ohne Balkon zur Straßenseite.

Nach langem Hin und Her per E-Mail und Telefon erhielt ich schließlich spät am Abend das Angebot, das Zimmer zu tauschen. Daraus wurde jedoch nichts. Nachdem ich dem Tausch zugestimmt hatte, erhielt ich keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr. Am Telefon wurde mir lediglich mitgeteilt, dass keine Zimmer mit Balkon mehr verfügbar seien.

Diese Aussage war kaum nachvollziehbar, denn das gesamte Haus wirkte nahezu leer. Im Innenhof waren zahlreiche Zimmer offensichtlich unbewohnt – die Rollläden waren heruntergelassen und dort schien niemand untergebracht zu sein.

Ich finde dieses Vorgehen äußerst enttäuschend und fühle mich als Gast nicht ernst genommen. Das gebuchte Zimmer wurde nicht bereitgestellt, und die versprochene Lösung wurde letztlich nicht umgesetzt.
Ein Start up mit sehr schlechtem Management!
