Good location but very old fashioned and outdated
Pros:

Very good location directly in front of the Hagia Sofia
The staff was also very kind and understanding and helped us get to the new hotel when we decided we couldn't stay here.

Cons:

Rooms were very outdated, there were no power sockets close to the beds. The first room we received had a shower that required a step to get into, which was broken. The second had a walk in shower but only one tiny bed for two people.
The thing that really bothered me was that the hotel is in a no drive zone, so the taxis don't drive up to the entrance.
I was traveling with my mother, who had some health issues and couldn't do steps and such so good, so this hotel was completely unfitting for us.

Ottima posizione, buona colazione, staff gentile ma necessita di ristrutturazione
Pros:

La posizione è splendida, proprio di fianco ad Hagia Sophia da una parte e la più importante cisterna Romana dall’altro. L’hotel è caratteristico, in un edificio storico, ed ha uno staff estremamente gentile.

Cons:

Inizialmente siamo stati alloggiati in una stanza veramente piccola, ma su nostra richiesta il giorno successivo ci hanno spostati in una stanza più grande. Le stanze avrebbero bisogno di essere ristrutturate, soprattutto i bagni.

Pros:

Розташування готелю, тиша, зручність розташування відносно громадського транспорту.

Cons:

Вода в душовій кабіні не зливається відразу, набирається повний бокс і потрібно виключати воду. Підвіконня не закріплене, під ним пліснява. На шторі біля ліжка (зі сторони голівя) теж пліснява.
Зауважень до прибирання немає, це питання має бути вирішене керівництвом готелю із залучення ремонтної бригади.

Pros:

Inmejorable ubicación. El trato del personal excelente. Excelente servicio y atención.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien. Las instalaciones empiezan a ser algo antiguas, pero de momento, se mantienen muy bien.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in absolut perfekter Lage und ist eine Oase der Ruhe in dieser doch sehr hektischen Gegend. Es hat einen wunderbaren historischen Charme, alles funktioniert perfekt - und das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Die Zufahrt mit dem Taxi bis vor das Hotel ist nicht möglich, aber für die letzten Meter gibt es ein Hotel Shuttleservice.

Die Stadt Istanbul ist eine wunderschöne Stadt wir waren 6 Tage in Istanbul und ich finde die braucht man auch für diese

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut … Unser Zimmer wurde immer recht zügig gemacht ..

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig allem voran das Badezimmer ist wirklich nicht gut … unser Zimmer 605 war wirklich nicht ein 4* Sterne Zimmer sehr schade …Nur 2 Kleiderbügel im Schrank allerdings hat die Stadt Istanbul und die hervorragende Lage für das Zimmer entschädigt … man könnte das Zimmer schon mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten für die Gäste angenehmer machen …

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and wish we would've found it sooner to extend our booking!

The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating! The hotel also provided a personal driver service allowing us to reach our destination quickly to rest and the hotel and its staff was always communicative about everything!

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this place! The place was amazing and its location was wonderful! Being in the heart of Sultanahmet and right next to Hagia Sophia allowed us to explore a lot within Istanbul!

Cons:

The hotel is very old one, the furniture, the curtains, the towels…, everything was so used and doesn’t give you the comfort that you expect for 4 stars hotel…it is far from this category…☹️
The breakfast was poor as well, not at all diversified as you expected for 4 stars category, even they have a restaurant with Michelin menu…, very disappointing….

Раджу цей готель, якщо уи бажаєте подивитись Стамбул. Локація неймовірна!
Pros:

Мені дуже сподобалось розташування готелю, сніданки а також персонал. Там працюють дуже щирі віддані люди, професіонали своєї справи.

Трохи не вистачає шумоізоляції між номерами.
