We had an amazing stay at this hotel and wish we would've found it sooner to extend our booking!
Pros:

The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating! The hotel also provided a personal driver service allowing us to reach our destination quickly to rest and the hotel and its staff was always communicative about everything!

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this place! The place was amazing and its location was wonderful! Being in the heart of Sultanahmet and right next to Hagia Sophia allowed us to explore a lot within Istanbul!

Cons:

The hotel is very old one, the furniture, the curtains, the towels…, everything was so used and doesn’t give you the comfort that you expect for 4 stars hotel…it is far from this category…☹️
The breakfast was poor as well, not at all diversified as you expected for 4 stars category, even they have a restaurant with Michelin menu…, very disappointing….

Раджу цей готель, якщо уи бажаєте подивитись Стамбул. Локація неймовірна!
Pros:

Мені дуже сподобалось розташування готелю, сніданки а також персонал. Там працюють дуже щирі віддані люди, професіонали своєї справи.

Cons:

Трохи не вистачає шумоізоляції між номерами.

A little gem in the heart of Sultanahmet!
Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, across a quiet road from the Haghia Sophia. It was easy to find your way back to and very safe to go out in the evening because the area around the Mosques was well lit and busy with families out strolling about, although that may have been partly because I was there during Ramadan. The restaurant had lovely views of the city and breakfast was good. The staff were lovely and very friendly. There was no separate bar but there was no difficulty in having a drink in the restaurant in the evening.

Cons:

Nothing. I was very happy with my stay at this lovely hotel.
