The property was new, clean and as described.

In my opinion, these apartments offer one of the best combinations of price and quality in Budapest. The location is excellent — it takes around 40 minutes to walk to the Parliament building. The neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful, and feels safe. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern building. The property itself is in very good condition and looks like it has been recently renovated. The renovation and furniture are of high quality, which creates a very comfortable atmosphere. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a studio-style kitchen area with a sofa bed. By the way, the sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable and quite large — it may even be bigger than a standard double bed.
Access to the apartment is contactless, using a lockbox, which is very convenient. The check-in instructions were simple, clear, and easy to follow. We were also offered a free parking space in the underground garage, which was a very practical and valuable bonus, especially for travellers by car.
The apartment has a good ventilation system, so when you enter, you immediately feel a pleasant coolness and freshness. There were no unpleasant or foreign smells at all, which shows that the apartment is well maintained and carefully looked after. The bathroom is very nice and well equipped. There are shampoos and shower gels provided, as well as a washing machine. A drying rack is available on the balcony. Speaking of the balcony — it is large enough to be called a terrace. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to fully enjoy it because we stayed only one night, but it is definitely a great additional feature of the apartment.
The kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay. For our short visit, everything we needed was available. There were also tea, sugar, and coffee machine capsules provided, which was a thoughtful touch.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable, clean, modern, and well equipped.

Я отдыхала с ребенком 6 лет, мы останавливались на ночь, а дальше летели в другую страну. Приехали на поезде в 6:00 и нам разрешили оставить чемоданы на ресепшене в центре. Мы смогли погулять в городе и посмотреть его. Вернулись за вещами и поехали в апартаменты , дорога заняла минут 25. Дошли до остановки и проехали на автобусе 6 остановок. Район более тихий там, много новых домов. Людей на улицах мало. Ми без проблем зашли в подъезд и нашли квартиру, по инструкциям взяли магнитный ключ в ячейке.
Дом новый , хол большой , квартира и мебель ухоженная и тоже новая, все как на фото.
Не далеко есть пару магазинов и в 900 метрах супермаркет Пени и метро. Мы прогулялись в супермаркет и готовили ужин дома, заодно уже знали где метро, чтоб ехать в аэропорт утром. По дороге нашли детскую площадку. Там же возле супермаркета утром увидели, что работает большой рынок ( овощи, фрукты, выпечка, колбасы и много другое продают ). Нам подошла эта квартира и было комфортно. В квартире была кефемашина и капсулы с кофе, было очень приятно выпить кофе на балконе утром.

Hello. I have a complaint about this house. First of all, I will say about this house that when I wanted to register, I saw that the parking was free and there was an opportunity to park my car in the garage. However, they told me that we do not have a place in the garage, you can park your car on the street for a fee. I mentioned that the kettle was not working, they said they did not bring a new one. The water tap for washing hands in the toilet is too small. The equipment for washing in the bathroom is installed very low, as if this house is intended for children. When I was bathing in the bathroom, water spilled on the floor and I slipped several times and almost hit my head on the wall. I asked for slippers, but they did not bring them either. When we arrived with my family on 06.07.2026 (2 children aged 5 and 8 and my pregnant wife), we wanted to check in early (it was stated in the house information that early check-in is 20 euros) but they ignored these. There were hairs and odors on the beds. I will send you the pictures as proof. Please consider it and have them refund the payment. I didn't see any hospitality here...
