遠いが温泉があり、部屋はきれい．朝食は期待しないように💦
Pros:

常設の温泉は、時間帯が良かったのか、一人で独占できた．
近くにコンビニあり助かった．

Cons:

地下歩行空間からは遠い．
「朝食は最高」との口コミがあったので期待していたが、朝食は「おにぎり弁当」で内容も寂しかった💦
入浴税が別途かかる．

Comfortable, quite well located, small but nice onsen.
Pros:

Basic but clean & quite well located. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed the onsen. Five minutes' walk to the Snow Festival in Odori park & the subway. 10-15 mins walk to the main shopping & restaurant areas.

Cons:

In a back street that was just about snowed in.
As the hotel has no restaurant facilities, breakfast was a bento box, which did vary slightly each day.
A daily onsen fee of 150 yen was payable in cash, even if you did not use that facility.

Convenient
Pros:

It was very close to streetcar station (about a 3-5 minute walk). It was only a 12min walk to the TV towerr near Odori Park and 5 minutes to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. There’s a vendo machine, onsen, and coin laundry. It was a great place to stay.
