اتمنى لهم تطوير الفريق التشغيلي

التصميم والفكره رائعة عصري والوان مريحة ومرافق جيده رائحة المرافق رائعة
كنت انوي قضى عدة اشهر في منتجع رياضي لي ولعائلتي وابحث عن منتجع مناسب
لكن للاسف تجربة لن تتكرر

الموظفين في الاستقبال شخصان تعاملهم جيد او مقبول واربع اشخاص ينظرون اليك حين تدخل بطريقة غير مرحبة حتى حين يلقى التحية زوجي لايردون إلا بالايماء ليسوا جميعا البعض الفنادق الاحترافية يبادرون بالتحية طوال الوقت او الابتسامة كان تعاملهم غريب اخذوا مبالغ إضافية راسلت بوكنق بهذا الخصوص وكان موضع اهتمام من بوكنق واخذوا وديعة اكثر من اي مكان اقامة مررت به لكن تم إعادتها الباب حاد وخسرت جاكيتي تسبب الباب باتلافه ايضا زوجي حصل له تلف بسيط بجاكيته لانها مخصصة للمطر ومفتاح باب الغرفة حاد غير موضب بشكل جيد النظافة ليست عميقة أبدا الغرفة ليست تدفئة مركزية المكيف غير صحي اكسجين محروق إذا أغلقته شعرت ببرد شديد اذا شغلته شعرت بكتمة الماء بارد او ساخن جدا المكس غير جيد. لايعمل ربما ،،، لم ارى الافطار رغم ان لي افطار مجانا لم اذهب بسبب سوء التعامل بالاستقبال أطفالي وزوجي ذهبوا للإفطار ويثنون على التعامل من موظفون المطعم والافطار يقولون جيد جدا اهم شي احترافية الاستقبال لا احب ذكر الأسماء او تخصيص الموظفون أخشى ان يخسر احدهم وظيفته او نقاطة لكن المرونة مهمة جدا بالنسبة للنزلاء لن أوصي اصدقائي به اول مره اكتب تعليق غير اجابي احب الثناء دائما لكن لم استطع بسبب تعامل بعض موظفين الاستقبال

Her şey son derece keyifli ve sorunsuzdu. Otelin genel temizliği, düzeni ve sunduğu imkanlar beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Özellikle çalışanların ilgisi bu deneyimi daha da özel hale getirdi.

Resepsiyonda görev yapan Burak Bey ve Arzu Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Güler yüzleri, profesyonellikleri misafir memnuniyetine verdikleri önem açıkça hissediliyor.

Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel, tekrar tercih edeceğim.

One if the nicest hotels in this part of town. Parking was not a problem, amazing bfast.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, facilities in good working order, the staff spoke english perfectly and was very friendly, the breakfast was amazing for being included in the stay price.

Cons:

The room was running a little bit too warm, and A/C was not able to be selected as HVAC is remotely controlled. Understandably, it is still winter so the switchover had not occurred. No problem though, I was able to turn off the system and that was the end of it. In the end 10/10 stay.

Moderní ubytování, super komunikace s recepcí. Sportoviště krásné a mnoho možností.

Cons:

Snídaně byly formou 2 nabídek, vždy pouze omeleta s nějakým talířem obloženým. Žádné sladké pečivo, jogurt, cereálie, ovoce.
