おしゃれで雰囲気のいいホテルだけど車でないと不便
Pros:

デザインがおしゃれで趣がある。アーリーチェックインを依頼したところ、当日の状況によるとの回答だったが、当日早めにチェックインさせてもらえたので、とても助かった。また、浴室が独立したタイプだったので、ゆったりと浸かれたのがよかった。プレゼントされたバスソルトも香りも浸かり心地もよかった。

Cons:

部屋が少しカビっぽい臭いがした。浴槽のところのお湯が出なかったので、仕方なくシャワーを使ってお湯を溜めて入った。駅までが遠いので、動きづらかった。

とても良いホテル
Pros:

インテリアがおしゃれ、香りが良い、スタッフが良い、清潔、朝食が美味しい。

Cons:

海外のお客様が多いせいか、フロントスタッフが外国人。日本語が話せるスタッフだけど、イントネーションだったり、話す速度が早い為、聞き取りづらい。
日本人には、日本人のフロントスタッフが対応してくれたら、なお嬉しい。
それと、個人的にアメニティの歯ブラシは木じゃないのにしてほしい。おしゃれだけど、口にごわついて不快。
